Really bad management/supervision. They let pizzas go out the door looking like this. I?ve had burnt ones, undercooked ones, and... ones with random stuff spilled on them after cooking one too many times. I don?t know why I bother. Read more
Ordered there three times. All three times they forgot part of my order. Wouldn't deliver even though delivery should have been... available and the first time I ordered the worker was vaping and cussing and there wasn't one shred of cheese or sauce on mypizza. When I brought it to the workers attention he shrugged and said it was there. It wasn't. The food would be good if theservice wasn't absolutely awful. Read more
The reason for the 2 stars is because my husband and I both got sick off the pizza. The employees were very nice when I went in... to pick up pizza that was ordered online. When I got there they couldn't find my pizza and had to get management. Not the girlsfault that they couldn't find it, my name wasn't on the box. And I did notice that the prep people weren't wearing gloves ormask which is a major concern in these times. Idk if we will ever try them again due to getting sick. Read more
Over 2 hours and lost pizza. Cold. Wrong order. Just horrible waste of 2 hours. Avoid at all costs this place. Faster to drive... to Columbia and pick it up. Cannot stress enough avoid ordering here. Customer service is I'm sorry. Also no gloves and in andout touching pizza but never saw anyone wash their hands. Read more
First time delivery wasn't available, so we picked up our sandwiches and they were awesome. Tonight delivery was available, and... I'm going to have to give this brand new store some grace. It wasn't a very smooth transaction but they did make it right. Iunderstand they are still working things out as far as delivery and appreciated that they took my complaint seriously and tookaction to make it right. The lady I spoke to at the store even made sure to call me by my name and ask if we were good. Iappreciated that. Totally trust that next time will be smoother. Read more
