The day shift manager and staff are excellent at this McDonalds and I rarely have any problems. The night shift could care... less if they have customers and the attitude is totally different. They keep the lights turned off to deter customers. I haveopenly complained about this as well. But tonight's incident was the last straw so I am writing this review in hopes that themanagers and owners can address this problem. The last 3 times I have been through the McDonalds drive thru, my order wascorrect on my screen, but the items I received were incorrect.. I normally don't get upset, I just drive back and get myorder corrected. But when this occurred for the 3rd time in a 3 day span of time and I had to drive back to McDonalds each timeto correct my order, I can honestly say I was not happy. I thought perhaps they had several new employees and asked if thatwas the case. This would have made some sense. I was told no, that there had not been a change of employees. The attitude ofthe staff was unpleasant. No one cared that this had happened multiple times. I understand that people make mistakes but withsoaring gasoline prices the extra trips add up. In the past I have been met with friendly faces and apologies for theirmistakes and have been offered free pies or some other item to accommodate me for having to return. Tonight when I asked if Icould have two Strawberry Cream pies to compensate for my additional gas and trouble, I was snidely told 'no'. There was noapology what-so-ever. They could not have cared less. If zero stars had been an option, that is what I would have given them. I hope to see improvements soon. Read more
Breakfast: Always fresh and hot. Service is always friendly and fast. Lunch: Usually fresh and hot. Most of the time EXTREMELY... busy. Dinner: AWFUL!!! Food is never hot, never right, and service is EXTREMELY rude. Obviously the morning and lunchmanagement has their stuff together. Read more
This McDonald's is terrible. They force you to pull away from the window to get your order. When asked why I needed to move,... because there was already 2 cars waiting in front of me, I was told it was "because we HAVE to bring your order out to you".It's fast food, it took a little over 8 minutes to get my order, my order was incomplete, and I was not given any napkins orutensils to eat with. I was not given a receipt and my "coffee" was nothing more than hot water. I would not recommend thisMcDonald's at all. Read more

Loved the service here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The customers were very friendly also. My kids were able to trade... toys from thier happy meals that they wasn't happy with a pick new ones. The food was hot and the wait wasnt long at all. Mypeppermint frappuccino was amazing! Read more
