Paid nearly $15 to upsize a single combo meal so I could get a "Large" fry included. In return, I get a half-filled, "large... fry"(?). Upon receiving my meal, I literally take the fries out of the bag, hold them up, and ask the "essential worker" thatfilled my order, "This, is a large fry"? She could've cared less. Immediately, she responded "Yup". Why don't you train yourpeople? Or, better yet, just quit ripping us off. Read more
Waited 30 mins for our order of 4 sandwiches because they gave our food away while standing and waiting for it. We saw the bag... with the sharpie number of our order get handed to the wrong person and no one even said sorry for the inconvenience, nothing.We had our two kids with us and cat in the car and this was extremely inconvenient. None of the employees communicate with eachother. Plus when we got our food, we asked for a plain burger, it had everything on it and we had to go back in and wait anotherten minutes. Read more
Spend over 20 minutes waiting in line to place an order while the cashier keeps walking off with several people waiting in line?... Place looks like it has enough staff to make it work properly but their poor customer service guarantees I will never stop hereagain. Read more
Great customer service, quick with the meal and it was hot. Definitely worth the stop, especially if you need to top off the... electrons as there are four Tesla charging stations. Read more
This is a good place to stop and park, use the clean restroom, sit a spell and enjoy a flavorful Oreo Cookie milk shake.
Decent service, always hot food. Bathrooms (cleanliness) are hit or miss, usually. Dining room is clean.
