Absolutely horrible service. The blonde woman working the counter must have been having a bad morning but was completely rude... and short, forgot the coffees with our order after she tossed the bag of sandwiches on the counter, and when I tried to ask forthem she just ignored me. Went there yesterday with some friends for breakfast. The guy who took our order seemed insanely confused. 3 of 4 of our orders... where incorrect. 2 made it work for them; but 1 definitely needed to be remade, the man who took care of the wrong order wasvery rude, asked who took our order, where the ticket was (we were never given one), seemed incredibly bothered that we askedfor our sandwiches to be correct. Then once they remade the sandwich it was clear as day that the 3 workers were all talkingabout us. The man who took my order saying ?I wrote down exactly what she said? the other man saying ?she probably said itwrong? then the woman saying ?she doesn?t even know what she wants then, because when you put an eggwhite on top of two overeasy eggs they?re gunna look scrambled so now she?s going to have to wait? All three workers were just insanely rude. When weinitially placed the order, we asked for the orders to be separate, and to stay, they put all of our stuff in a bag to go. Whenit came time to pay, he had no idea what we ordered, I went up to pay for two of the other women I was with because they wereeating, my food wasn?t ready because I waited another good 10/15 for them to fix my sandwich and I was asked what the women wereeating, I said ?you just took their order, j have no idea what they got? and his response was ?just tell me around about whatthey got? Went there for Breakfest I was meet by the most nicest staff. Rude employees, walked in at 9am and asked for a salt bagel with cream cheese and I was told by a tall blonde women behind the... counter, they don?t have it. I went to look at the bagels they had but the signs didn?t match the bagels in place.so I thenasked if they had plain bagels and I was told with an attitude ?just look through the glass?. This bagel place is awesome, the workers Paulie, Jackie, Cass, Rachel and Jerry are always pleasant!! The food is always... delicious, the atmosphere is very nice and me and my husband just love going there,. We live in Holtsville and go to Bagel cafejust about every day for breakfast.. would recommend to every one Read more
