Hummus deserves every ounce of business they receive. The food is always fresh and delicious. Never greasy and always cooked... properly. The people working behind the counter are always smiling and courteous and will answer any questions about the menuwith great detail and enthusiasm. They have a great gyro chicken, it's just nearly impossible to get. 3rd time I went in to order it and told it will take 15... minutes to slice. Not worth my time or lunch break. 3rd time was a shame in me for going back. Read more

The food menu and the set up is somewhat like chipotle with Mediterranean tilt. Sample menu: Choice of rice bowl, salad bowl or... wrap with choice of beef, chicken, falafel, lamb or shrimp and any three toppings and hummus for about $10. There are preparedmeals ready to go in take out containers if one is in a hurry. The negative: I dont like it that employees using glowed handto grab some of the chopped vegetables into the plates. It looks gross and the amount is different according to the size ofthe hand, they should strictly use utensils. Limited parking space in the back of the store is another negative. Staff iscourteous.Plenty of healthy options on the menu. Fresh, fast, friendly, delicious healthy food at your fingertips here. Great addition to the Holbrook area. The portions are... large, I usually get a salad bowl with a protein. It come with the addition of a pita and side of hummus. It?s large enough toshare with my hubby. Makes a great lunch or light dinner.
