Actually being open and making food would vastly increase your reviews, your pre made sandwiches are overpriced garbage, better... off getting rolls cold cuts and cheese at G&M and making your own,place was good at first and drastically gone down hill thelast few years. Read more
I'm an hour away from holden. Got home and found out my chicken bacon ranch wrap doesn't come with bacon. And the lettus was not... something I would serve to the public. Read more
OMG ! It happened again in the Bath Amatos and now in Holden Amatos...in just one week Instead of their signature fantastic... bread..our sandwiches were made on hard crumbly OLD bread. Even the workers agreed it was AWFUL..but they had "ran out of goodbread " Imagine owning a franchise and serving sub standard signature food !!!! Has Amatos lost it's way and think they can makemore money serving bad food? I am nearly 80 and have been eating Amatos since the early 1960s. They never have ready pizza on evenings after 6 PM. They are never consistent, rude. Ordered buffalo chicken, asked for blue... cheese. Never got that and buffalo chicken was over loaded with ranch sauce. Not like last time,again, consistency is awful. DONOT RECCOMEND Read more
My wife and I just moved here. We do not live close to any kind of services. We stopped here to try the sandwiches. We both... ordered 2 custom made sandwiches. After about 15 minutes the kid behind the counter tells us our order is ready and hands us abag with 2 sandwiches in it. We drive home and sit down for our meal. Both sandwiches were exactly the same and both were notthe sandwiches we had ordered. Not wanting to drive another half hour and reorder the correct sandwiches, we chose to eat whatwas given to us. Which were nothing special at all. I wondered how the place even stayed in business. We won?t be returning. Read more
2 out of 3 of the sandwiches we ordered were made INCORRECTLY. To begin with, yes it may have been 730 and I'm sure the store... closed at 8, so the little boys working probably wanted to close up shop and scurry home, but come on. When someone orders a"Ham and cheese only" for the "little I have with me," (my son is 4.5) why would you LOAD it with tomatoes, ONIONS (omg) and,yes GASP, BLACK OLIVES?! It was a good thing we were "eating on the run" and my husband could hide in the front seat dissectingthe sandwich so it didn't go to waste. Now, on to sandwich error number 2, MINE. A simple and VERY easy to make, Ham Provolonecheese, Pickles, Oil and LIGHT pepper ( that meant BLACK SHAKER PEPPER.) Typically I'm okay with flinging things off and goingabout my business, but in the case I also had to CHOKE down the dry bread and then, THEN.... it happened, every onion hatersworst nightmare.... I bit into a ONION. It was all over from there. I had to throw out my sandwich because who knows if theremore of the hidden little suckers in there?! This was a less than pleasurable experience and I WILL NOT be visiting yourestablishment anytime soon, or ever I'm betting. Last, but CERTAINLY not least, the young lady working the register couldn'tunderstand what was written on the slip so she was confused as to what to charge us for. Now, I believe we may have actuallybeen over charged because we ORDERED SIMPLE sandwiches and were CHARGED for LOADED ones we DID NOT want. In case I haven't beenclear in my rant I just want to reiterate how displeased I am with the service and quality of food we received. I WILL notrecommend this shop to ANYONE. Read more
