They have like 6 people working back there and yet the service is still painfully inattentive. 5 people in back, 1 handling a... growing like of waiting patrons snd no one working here seems to notice. Also, not one clean table in the place. With allthose employees, you?d think one could grab a rag but apparently not. And it?s a pizza place right? Not a pizza condiment tobe found- no salt, oregano, garlic powder, parm cheese - nothing. Was there this evening to pick up an Uber Eats order drove 20 minutes to get there and they had not even started the order.... There were 2 guest in the dining room and no orders in the tale out box. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for the order calledthe client to explain. Busines helping businesses in non existing in this location. Read more

Last couple times I went the pizza had no sauce and basically little toppings. Figured I give them one last chance. I ordered... meat lovers with EXTRA sauce. 2/3's of the pizza had no toppings. I couldn't see any sauce on it - I peeled back the cheese andbasically the crust was a pink colors from the light amount of sauce they put on. I noticed too that most pizzas are slightlyundercooked too - you won't find any char marks on those pizza. I brought it back and asked for a refund. No "I'm sorry".Nothing. Keep cutting corners - I won't be back. Way to many other pizza joints in my radius. Read more
Had a post written up but it wouldn't let me post it so here's a quick one. Food is good IF you can actually order any. Last... several weeks the hours have changed almost daily (not exaggerating either) and closing randomly too. I've been trying to orderfor weeks now, all I want is a decently priced sub delivered but never know if they will actually be open. So unless you wantdinner at 2pm, if they don't decide to randomly be closed that day, you're probably out of luck. 2 stars cause the food is good,but they never seem to be open and you can't rely on the hours because they change almost daily. The pizza still tastes like it did in my childhood and now my kids love it too! The Leominster location skimps on the toppings... but we got plenty this time in Holden on our half pepperoni. The person at the counter was very friendly. Read more
Used to be my favorite. The pizza is getting smaller and smaller but prices keep going up. I was quoted 35 min for pick up, went... in at about 20 and was given my pizza and it was just warm and had been sitting. Read more
