I understand that everyone has rules set in place to thwart the spread of covid. I have never been one to complain to the... managers and cooks because I have worked for the fast food industry and I know first hand the costs of complaining to managementwho sometimes make a teenager pay for the burnt steak. I'll eat what I can and let management know what happened. But tonight inHoldenvillle I drove up to the subway drive through and was informed that they don't take cash and I had to call my order inbecause they only use the drive through for pickup orders and the snotty nose kid informed me that I would be required to callthe order in and pick it up where I was already sitting. I asked him about the stupid request and inquired as to how covid iskept from spreading if you call it in first before picking up. Being sarcastic I asked him the phone number so I could call inmy order while looking the young man in the eye. He was too immature to realize that I was making a point. But he was tooimmature to understand. Can you please explain to me why you can't order in the drive through. If you can get me to see anyreason why you have this flawed rule and it really serves a valid apoint I will apologize. But I think someone needs to find outwhy the restraunts that stayed open all kept customers out and drive through saved the business. Read more
