Ordered almost $40 worth of pizza and sides. Waited over an hour to get my order. Lady was rude. They told me my order was going... in right now twice. Out of one of my sides. By the time we got our order we where informed they messed up and gave our order toother people. They "upgraded" our pepperoni pizza to a specialty pizza because it's what they had on hand plus a hamburgerpizza. The reason I ordered a pepperoni pizza is because 4 people eating doesn't like sausage. They also don't like hamburger.???? I ended up spending almost $40 on food no one would eat. Ended up having to go to McDonald's. My original order was asausage pizza (for my husband) and a pepperoni pizza for my kids and myself. Cheese bread sticks and cookies. They told me theywere out of cookies but the clerk told me I could take 3 of the cups of cookies. We ended up with a sausage pizza, a hamburgerpizza, and a meatlovers pizza. I tried calling the next morning but got hung up on. I messaged the corporate on the email butnever heard back. I would have rather had my money refunded then given random pizzas we won't eat. Paying for dinner twice andcan't even send me a generic apology is disappointing. Read more

Usually great service. Would be nice if things worked in the store but there are quite a few things that don't work

As far as Midwest gas stations go, Casey's is the worst. First off, there is a $0.37 difference in the gas prices between 10%... ethanol and pure gasoline, but they have the same octane! Second, the card readers are put in backwards. Chip goes in firstCasey's, it shouldn't stick out. Every other gas station upgraded, why haven't you? Third, the disabled space is the farthestparking spot from the store. So much for disability I guess. Fourth, and this is where it gets really good! Not only is thedisabled spot far from the store, but it is the spot for the air pump. You can't put air in without parking in the disabledspace. Can't wait to get back to Kwik Trip. You may "have better pizza" but Kwik Trip can build an actual lot. Read more

I don't understand the way you label your gas. You have "unleaded" and "super unleaded" but they are both 87 octane. The only... difference is the 10% ethenol which makes about a 37¢ difference in price! Also, the card readers are installed backwards! The chip is supposed to go in first. I kept having card read errors and tried two different pumps before I realized the readerswere all installed wrong. Last, but certainly not least, you only have ONE disabled space and it's the furthest space from thedoor. On top of that, your air pump is in front of that space so the only way to access the tire pump is to park in thedisabled space. This entire location is a fine example of piss poor prior planning! My pickup would not start after purchasing a few items, 7:00 pm on a Sunday night, my mechanic said he could come get it the... next day. Informed the clerk at the time my dilemma and she said that would be fine, then the next morning at 5:30am as I wasdriving to work with my other vehicle it seems that they called the police to report an abandoned vehicle, and was going to haveit towed if it wasn't moved, called the store and explained that a mechanic would pick it up today. Then my mechanic shows upto get it and it's gone. Towed by a out of town towing service....$208 dollars later I get it out of that impound but stillhave to pay mechanic to drove to Holdrege and then the next day to Kearney to get my truck....So much much for Christmasspirit....will never shop at another Caseys.!!!!!!!
