When the app said the pizza was ready I went to the location and was told it would be at least another 30 to 40 minute. The... location had a sign saying that they were serving in the dining room and when they group sat down to eat was told dinning roomwas closed. The Holdrege, NE Pizza Hut has absolutely horrible customer service. (I had to click one star, otherwise I wouldn't have.) Our... family was there three times last night just to get our order, and it still wasn't correct. The delivery driver was cussing atus, screaming, and calling us names because we had a horse trailer when we were clearly not in anyone's way, only stopped longenough to grab our carryout order, and left the driver in the pickup just in case it needed to be moved. The guy working theregister was very rude and had no idea what our order was or when it would be ready so he just huffed around and spun incircles. He even stated to me that, and I quote, "Ordering a pizza right now would NOT be a very smart idea." We ordered fivepizzas and breadsticks, didn't receive one of our pizzas, and were treated absolutely horribly, as if our order was aninconvenience to them. We will not be back. 0/5 Stars. Read more
Rude employees. We walked in and they threw menus at us and said come back to the register when we are ready to order. Phone... was ringing off the hook and was never answered even though employees were standing around. The guy brought our pizza and neversaid one word. Read more
Walked in to an employee sitting on her phone. She handed us menus and disappeared to the back and 20 minutes later still had... not returned. Phone straight to a voice message that is a locked looped you can only hang up to leave. Last time pizza was burnt and the... other had all the toppings on one side. No wonder the quality is bad, I wouldn't want my name associated with them as anemployee. Read more
Food is great and tastes great. BUT good luck with ordering because the hours stated online, and on the phone message when you... call are not accurate. They are barely ever open despite their hours being listed as open. It would be a much better review ifthey could get that fixed. Read more
The food was alright but had almost no toppings. Drove 9 hours through a snowstorm and ordered once I got to the hotel. You... can?t call to order, it just repeats their hours, so you have to order online. After finally getting that to work, it said itwould be delivered in 65 minutes. After 2 hours of waiting I drove down to see what?s up and they couldn?t find the order. 2.5hours after ordering, we finally got our food. Should have gone to Sonic for a burger. Read more
