This was our first Runza experience and we were looking forward to it. Unfortunately the Runza was soggy and gross, the salad... had a hair on it, the onion rings were over fried, and my soda tasted like chlorine water. The girl who took our order seemedannoyed that we were there. The only good thing was the nice guy at the window. He earned the 2 stars himself. Read more
Those who work a drive thru-it is hard enough to understand you under normal circumstances. Adding the mask makes it even more... difficult. Toss in your rush to get through our order, no wonder you got it wrong. Then when we tried to correct it at thewindow, the lady got rude, and what we got was 2 cold runzas. How can I prove they were cold? Look at the picture. Terrible foodand terrible service. We could hear laughing and talking in the background and the lady at the window acted like we wereinterrupting her social hour. Read more
Service was ok at best. Drove thirty minutes out of my way for Runza... won't do that again.
