We pulled up to a space to order and pushed the button. No answer and the screen showed it was "loading" so we moved over a... space and pushed that button. No response there either. We should have started out at the back of the long drive-thru lane. Tookquite a while to order; we were there with the lunch crowd. Cheeseburger was good with lots of lettuce and pickles. The smallorder of onion rings contained 4 small rings - kinda' pricy for 4 but they were good while they lasted. Popcorn chicken seemedfreshly cooked. Diet cranberry limeade was refreshing as always. This place has really gone downhill, and it's 100% because of understanding due to low wages. The owner needs to offer the going... rate to get people to work here, and minimum legal wage isn't it these days. I love sonic as a drive in and can't even do thathere anymore. The reason it's not 1 star is because the employees that do work there and put up with this are exceptionally niceand they deserve a raise (just saying). Read more
Burgers are delicious, large, and filling. The onion rings are the absolute best, made with real onion slices.
I just waited in drive thru for 20 minutes and still didn?t get helped. They are horrible the last few months!!!!! They say they... don?t have enough help but when people apply, they don?t get a call to interview!! Either shut your doors until you have thehelp or close! Read more
We ordered 2 value meals. One of them had the wrong toppings. After a trip back to get the correct sandwich, the large fries... that were in the bag had been taken out. They were replaced with a small fry. We'd paid for large. When we tried to call tocomplain (not wanting to waste more gas), we let the phone ring over 30 times on two different attempts. Stopped for breakfast. Burrito was good. They served me the absolute worst iced coffee ever. The first sip was good, then the... rest of the glass tasted like it was all syrup. It ruined the drink. Read more
Waited over 10 minutes to be told they would be with me shortly, then car pulled up next to us and I heard them be told they... would be with them shortly. Five minutes after other car was told they would be with them, they took their order first. I waited5 more minutes and they still never took my order. We ended up leaving after waiting over 20 minutes. It seems like every timethe wait is terrible, but this time it is like they forgot we were there. I will not be going to this location anytime soon.
