Don't go here! Ordered a cake in person over 48 hours in advance (they request 48 hours and i didnt want to trust online) for... our daughter's high school graduation party with pick up being in the afternoon. Upon arrival for pick up, the staff spend over20 minutes "looking " for the order to then tell me the cake maker came in that morning, didn't feel good and left withoutmaking my cake. The cake maker left before 10am and I didn't arrive for pick up until 530pm. No phone call. I understand peopleget sick, but to not even communicate to give me a chance to find an alternative option while there was so much time availableand waisted. Been here twice, first time a female worker was rude to the people in front of me, then she gave them tiny scoops because she... said it was too difficult to get the correct size. Then after handing everyone their cups of ice cream they decided to inform usall that they had no spoons! Then why not mention that when people order?? Second time there I ordered a cup with a lid? theygave me my order with no lid, I asked again and was informed they were out. Need to remove Baskin Robbins from the sign and leave it as just DD! NOT ONE SINGLE TIME have I been able to complete an order... at this place when it comes to ice cream. No hot fudge EVER! I was a little suspicious when I saw Google labeled this location 24 hour. When I arrived, the sign on the road was out and the... inside lights looked off as well. It did have an "Open" sign in the window though. I was all set to get disappointed that Icould not get drive thru ice cream at 12:30 am but I took a chance and went through the drive-thru.
