This place is just too busy. Yes it MIGHT be good. The person on the phone WILL be rude, if you can get through. Won?t listen to... you half the time. Then when you go up there the cook, she spends just so much, TOO much time talking, is slow anyway, and thephones ringing! If your order is messed up. TOO FREAKING BAD! PACK A SANDWICH! By far some of the worst customer serviceEVER! Like I said, so busy they dont care about losing a customer or two, or five. Ok pizza, not the best but with the worstphone, cook and delivery service it?s just not worth it. Will not order from there EVER AGAIN! Pizza is good but the menu and the website do not advise of the 3 dollar delivery fee . There are also a lot of unexplained... hidden fees example.... I was once charged for putting the sauce on the side for my order and another surcharge if you pay bydebit or credit card. Most of the time you are not informed of any these charges until after payment. A simple delivered ordercan add $10 in fees to your tab. I will still buy pizza and a few other things ( I work around the fees and ask when orderingwhat I am getting charged for always) from Brooklyn Best....I avoid anything with beef...more than once it gave me a stomachache for real. Great pizza and for $13 I promise you you cannot find a better large cheese. I waited a while to try this one since in passing... it sounded like a slice place. Dont make that mistake! Its a contender with any of the popular $19 guys all day! Ill be backfor sure. Read more
My new "go to" pizza place. Small family type place, spotless clean. NY style pizza. I asked for them to make slightly well... done, and it was perfect. Tons of cheese, sauce, toppings and all quality. Crust was perfection. Med-Thin, crispy but justenough doughy inside. X-large was HUGE. I'm a big guy with a healthy appetite and I'll easily get three meals from an x-l.Always best to support local, small business, those chains are horrible and not as cheap as you think when you compare portionsizes! The pizza could have stayed in the oven for at least maybe five minutes longer because underneath the door was like white and it... wasn?t really crisp but it was flopping over The sauce is extra sweet which some people might like but for me I prefer more of abasil based sauce it wasn?t the best pizza and it wasn?t the worst pizza I?ve ever had I will definitely try them again thegarlic knots were ???????? ???? Ordered large pepperoni to go , ready in about 20 min. It was delicious and everyone working was friendly. They keep the kitchen... clean , one of my recommended pizza places in the area, which is hard to find in florida. Try them out! Tasty! Read more
We have lived in this area for the past year and have been using Brooklyns Best since we?ve lived here. Once in a while, they?ll... get the pizza right and it is very good when they are on point. The girls that answer the phone are great, pretty much all thestaff is very polite and professional. But 70% of the time they screw something up whether it be the pizza or the time to pickup the pizza. They will no longer get our business due to the inconsistency. The owner is not a people person, he is very rudeand unprofessional! When they screw up, he doesn?t even apologize and pretty much doesn?t even care? It?s one thing to make amistake but it?s another to recognize it and make it right. Just look at the way that he responds to the reviews and howdefensive he is with his response.
