The person making my food was wearing gloves. While waiting for my order, I watched the cashier reach into frozen fries and fill... fresh containers without gloves, after handling my money. His hands were not so clean in the first place. Was glad I did notorder fries! Read more
Every time I come here my orders wrong, a drink is missing, something I didn't order, ect. It's mostly cold because they forget... about your order, there's one or two workers there that care but the rest don't even put sugar on there waffle fries. If you tryto correct your order they give alot of attitude, I usually don't mind wrong orders but it's annoying when it's EVERY. SINGLE.TIME. Read more
Very sad to see checkers. I feel like checkers has had a steady decline in anything quality that it was known for. I mean once... the big Buford took a dive waiting for 15 min just ain't worth it for anything else. I hope things get better before you becomea bad memory. Read more
Went there tonight July 5th around 10:45pm in drive through and was disgusted to see that none of the employees were wearing... gloves. Being curious I got out of the car as I was a passenger and confirmed no gloves by going to the front windows. A femaleassociate approached me and asked me if I needed any help to which I was honest and mentioned that I was checking if anyone waswearing gloves. I got attitude back at that point to which I just went back to my car and was met at the drive window by thesame associate with more rudeness. Aside from that fun - as usual at this location your order takes too long for "fast food" andmy fries are cold and soggy. Go figure. Read more
After confirming my order three times after the robot voice messed it up, the employees still managed to forget to put the fries... in the bag. It's not as if they do anything but fill food orders all day and my order distracted them from important scientificresearch or brain surgery. Read more
An automated voice took the order. Customer service was poor and the guy was a little rude. Ordered medium fries and there was... barely a handful of fries, not enough to fill even the bottom of the container. There was only 1 other car in the drive thru soit was a quick in and out. Read more
My son asked me to pick him up some tenders and fries from checkers and they had the new fry seasoned tenders.. he said they... were really good. Just picked up lunch for the guys and they enjoyed their food. Besides the automated system taking our order and timing out... while we were there still ordering. The cashier finished our order and we enjoyed freshly made food. Mozzarella sticks andchicken bite box for the win. Read more
