I got the mashed potato bowl and my other half got the spicy chicken sandwich. Place was clean, good customer service for dine... in. My food was hot but his sandwich was cold. Usually we have good luck at this location. I know we'll go back. We don'tvisit KFC often. Read more
Ordered from this KFC via DoorDash at 8:30 and the driver was awesome but when she showed up, we were made aware the store was... out of Mac and cheese and dark meat and she gave us the option to cancel or request a refund. We were OK receiving whatever wecould get since it?s late on a Sunday but getting an order an hour before closing time and not wanting to make anything new thatlate? Come on. To make matters worse, the combo we were supposed to receive wasn?t in the bag and the driver apologizedprofusely because it should have been yet because the bag is sealed, she can?t verify. I won?t be returning to this location and if the policies at this location or the same at other locations I will no longer be... eating at KFC at all. I wanted to add a coleslaw to my 3 piece meal and once I got up to the window was told that I couldn?t addanything at the window. I wasn?t given a reason I was just told that they can?t do that. This makes absolutely no sense for abusiness that has a drive-through window to refuse to take your order at the only window especially when you?ve already spent$10 on your meal and you?d like to add another three dollar item. So if their speaker or microphone system is broken they won?ttake drive through orders at the work dow?!?!?! B.S. I stopped to look at the chicken and what they had given me was threepieces that were mostly bone with huge amounts of visible air and light actually shining through the pieces of chicken and a drybiscuit and this simply wasn?t going to cut it . they will not give you a refund at the window and tell you you have to comeinside so I came inside for my refund in the rain and got soaked doing so and because they made me do that I will never return. KFC is our number spot for eating fast food in the car while traveling. We each get the 2 piece leg and thigh combo meal which... is about $7 I think. You get the chicken, a biscuit, fries and a drink. Some locations even include a chocolate chip cookie inthe box. My wife and I always swap our legs for the thighs with the kids... for whatever reason both kids love the crunchychicken legs and it works out for us because we both like the dark and juicy meat of the thigh. Plus the thigh always has someextra crunchy breading that I like to eat. Location was clean and the staff friendly... no issues. Almost forgot... we alllove those buttermilk biscuits, so we always order and extra 4 pieces of biscuits. The combo meal comes in a small box and iseasy to handle and eat in the car for all of us.
