Jarrett, Jeremiah and Ashley were the most attentive wawa workers I have ever encountered. I needed to bring food home for my... dog and they were kind enough to go through the ingredients to make sure there was no garlic or onion. You should be proud andthey deserve nothing but respect for being such hard workers that are provided with a raise!!! Read more

Horrible! that I was trespassed off the property after having a incident with a vagrant at another gas station that was closed... went to Wawa's vagrant followed me. And continued then used an employee's phone to call 911. He left 5 minutes later while Iwaited an hour for law enforcement he went in screaming I had a gun which I had to pull my weapons on him. At the other gasstation avross the street. because he was so aggressive at the other gas station and i have a concealed carry permit for myfirearm no patrons no store people saw it just him. Very disappointing that vagrant was allowed to use a employees phone overon a citizens who spends real money when there's a huge 100k tournament 11/5 and was about to dump almost $600 in fuel icedrinks weil never use that facility again. We called them up prior to going and they said as long as the electricity was on they would be openthank you for being part of the community Read more

Just because you have 5 or 4 people ordering at the same time doesn't give you an incentive to not get your food right. It's on... a computer, it's right in your face but apparently people can't read. The sandwich has mayo on it, after 3 people getting fullorders before my one sandwich that I ordered before them. So I waited 8 mins for a screwed order for 9 dollars?? Nah, no excuseguys, be better. I used to work in food for 15 years, and I don't really care what excuse you have. Read more

Wawa is incredible! This Wawa has all the staples you'd expect from a fine Wawa establishment; food counter, custom beverage... station, somebody running a register, a supervisor holding the door shut screaming that someone isn't allowed inside, and thingson shelves. In fact, as far as things on shelves go, they always make sure the shelves are shelved with things one would want toacquire from shelves with things. Top notch. Now, I know what you're thinking, they don't have the electric car chargingstations here in Pasco Wawa on 19, but they make up for it in shelved things, entertainment, and a clear sense of efficientdirection from the staff. After a long day at work, it's convenient for me to order food from my mobile app, and then stop byfor the convenient experience of picking it up, which they have made an absolute breeze. The process is simple! There's a largeconspicuous sign pointing to directly where you should pick up your prepaid food items. It's hanging directly above theregister, which says employees only. Now, they don't want you, the paying customer, to go through all the hassle of grabbingyour food from a shelf. No, it must be delivered. To your hand. From authorized hands. From the authorized space. From whichyou've been designated to pick it up. If it's there. And there are available authorized hands. Otherwise, it might beelsewhere. In an area with ample authorized hands that aren't available. But they'll happily explain that you should speak up,since they have no idea why you're standing there. This is fair, since standing at a Wawa food counter is an enjoyable way topass time when you're not waiting patiently for some food item behind that counter. I'd imagine they frequently get all kinds ofthrill seekers looking to just stand there gawking in awe at the food prep prowess on display. In fact, last week I took mysignificant other there for date night and we spent 2.5 hours just standing there watching silently. Although, occasiona Read more

This location has the hardest working employees of all the local wawa?s in Pasco County, particularly the employees behind the... food order counter. Wawa?s have been notoriously lazy about having items in stock and on the order menu from Pasco and Tampastores as well as St. Pete. But some how this location seems to have the goods regularly. And when they don?t the often willtell you while making the order, which gives the customers a chance to substitute. This is not often a practice at otherlocations. We have witnessed employees actively staying on top of the ordering screen systems by updating the system, whichagain is not often the case at other locations. In fact we would say it a problem at most other stores. The homeless localsreally have a foothold here. Read more
