Steak will never be the same after today because the wagyu steak was phenomenal and out of this world ???? The first bite was an... experience I wish to have over and over again. Tyler was thorough and service was prompt and friendly. Lamb shank, porcini soup, beets, salad, and pumpkin ice cream sandwich were delectable. The craft cocktails were also divine. Highly recommend Francks.?????????? Read more

Incredible Ameri-Southern / French traditional dishes with a cute secluded outdoors space. Every dish was on point, and it did... not disappoint in celebration of my 5 year anniversary. One of the best restaurants in Salt Lake City. Read more

Good restaurant, did not disappoint. Upon arrival the Valet was kind and swift. We sat outside which was quite pretty with ample... amount of shade. Our Server, Callie, was very kind and had profuse etiquette. Our waters were constantly getting refilled by theBusser along with all dirty dishes being taken in good timing. The Honey Butter Roles were good but the Honey Butter was not. Tome and my party it tasted like regular butter, even after tasting it plain I did not get a singular hint of honey. The Fonduewas good, very intriguing flavor. A generous portioned pot with an in-generous portion of dippers. We well ran out of breadbites with a plentiful amount of cheese left, usually it’s not the bread you are conserving; I wish we could have finished thefondue. Our dishes came out two at a time around 3 minutes apart. The salmon had no complaints, only enjoyment. The lambs onlydenounce was wishing there was more, it was almost too tender. The meatloaf was satisfactory, pomme purée lacked slights ofsalt and the plate owned gluttonous amount of blueberry sauce but…indulging. The wagyu, assumed to be cooked medium-raregenuinely looked well-done. Although it was still incredibly tender. The flavor wasn’t special although the abundance ofgarnishes did well assisting. The white chocolate pomme Purée had almost no flavor, though. The Miso Pot De Crème was eh withtaste along the lines of store bought parfait. Strawberry’s weren’t spicy, pudding/yogurt was basic, oats were good andcrunchy but didn’t save it from being average. This establishment is indeed deluxe, you are guaranteed to get incrediblepresentation with unique flavoring. Tis’ a great anniversary, birthday, or celebration choice in which I’d recommend. When we arrived our waiter said it was the best food in Salt Lake. I think he's right. We ordered two firsts. The Beets a l'... Orange and the Preserved Heirloom Tomato Pie. If you don't like jalapenos watch out for the Beets a l' Orange. I really liked itthe mint and orange with the jalapeno was truly something unique. The tomato pie wasn't a Philadelphia style one and was morelike a pie. It was excellent! I don't recall everything we had but all of it was delightful! My wife and me finished dinner withthe Carrot Cake which I highly recommend! Franck's menu changes fairly often but I really don't think you could go wrong withordering anything there! They mix unique and complimentary flavors together as well as the best food scientists alive and eachdish looks like a work of art! If you have a dietary restriction or avoid alcohol consumption you might ask about some of theingredients or let your waiter know. Their staff is extremely professional and works to give you the best experience possible! If the menu looks more expensive than what you're used to know that the flavor of your food is going to be worth it. Savor it! Ihighly recommend Franck's! Read more

I really wanted to love this place. The staff was beyond amazing. Our server was lovely in manner and personality. We were... warmly greeted by the hosts and valet. We had waited months to go here for a birthday celebration so the anticipation washigh! I ordered the meatloaf , which had a great flavor profile but was cold in the center , which made it hard to thoroughlyappreciate. My son ordered the Wagyu Steak and it was also cold. The potatoes , which had a white chocolate profile were coolenough that they had stiffened so we could really enjoy then as they were meant to be enjoyed. We didn't want to complain as ourlovely server was with other tables and wasn't the one the brought us our food. I'd say , don't go on a busy weekend like wedid. Try going when they have more time to expo the food properly because it definitely has the potential to be the best mealaround! Read more
