Me and my girlfriend went to Mint this past Saturday. I gotta say, this has to be the best sushi restaurant in the valley. The... fresh fish was tasty and the rolls were expertly crafted. The manager, I believe his name was Anthony, came by and made ourexperience feel like we were right at home. He was making us laugh so hard! Our server, Priscilla, was super knowledgeable andgave great recommendations. Would tell any of my friends to go here. Read more
I love this restaurant! Mint is by far my favorite place for sushi and tapas in the Salt Lake valley. The food is fantastic and... the environment is beautiful. They've done a wonderful job curating a diverse menu and a space you're happy to dine in. The pokenacho and jalapeno hamachi are amazing. Ashley at the Cottonwood location is a wonderful server.
