Me and my girlfriend went to Mint this past Saturday. I gotta say, this has to be the best sushi restaurant in the valley. The... fresh fish was tasty and the rolls were expertly crafted. The manager, I believe his name was Anthony, came by and made ourexperience feel like we were right at home. He was making us laugh so hard! I love this restaurant! Mint is by far my favorite place for sushi and tapas in the Salt Lake valley. The food is fantastic and... the environment is beautiful. They've done a wonderful job curating a diverse menu and a space you're happy to dine in. The pokenacho and jalapeno hamachi are amazing. Ashley at the Cottonwood location is a wonderful server. Great fusion Japanese food place. Flavor notes are well defined, it took us right back to the time when we visited Japanese... Izakaya in Tokyo. We got full after ordering 6 tapas and one specialty roll along with few drinks. Their service was great aswell. After getting our table in no time Anthony gave us some recommendations. Refreshing to have such beautiful and delicious food with so many options! Plum sake was recommended and delish!Chocolate mousse dessert was so delicious instead of sharing we got 2.
