Like everyone else they are struggling to have enough staff with Covid. Tables weren’t cleaned and the men’s bathroom was... out of soap. Nothing egregious, but was noticeable when choosing a place to sit. They do offer a good ????, ????, and the Oreo???? was okay. Read more
I haven’t been to Tonyburger for about two years. Last I was there everything was hopping and everyone was happy. Today I go... in and the service has greatly diminished. The bathrooms were unkept and kind of discussing. We stood in line waiting forservice and it took a while for someone to come and help us. The employee had a hard time getting the order accurate and we justdecided to say OK to whatever he put in. The service was fast and the burger was amazing. Literally my newest favorite burger restaurant! I ordered the Smoove Garlic with a fried egg and it was delicious!!! Get some... extra Tony’s sauce because it’s sooooo amazing!!! The Garlic Aioli is so good, not too overpowering. I also got theStrawberry-coconut shake and it’s so yummy! My friends got different burgers and it was delicious too! Chipotle might be spicyfor some people, but my husband said he loved and it wasn’t spicy haha cookies and cream shake is amazing and theOl’Reliable burger was really good! :) onion rings are super crispy! The food was good and the service was great. Even in COVID times they were open and the dine in was open with good spacing as... well. My only little thing however, their prices were quite high. Now I'm a foodie and I eat a lot so it makes sense that theirportion was smaller in my eyes. But my 8 year old stick-figure-of-a-size niece finished her burger. My 9 year old son alsoasked. Of course, the first thing one may think is "you guys eat too much!" Makes absolute sense but when I'm at anotherrestaurant that I pay that high, my son is satisfied. I also noticed my bun was not warm and then my son mentioned it too. Maybewe're just new to Utah and not used to it. Nevertheless, the fries were great, the fry sauce was packaged well and the burgerwas awesome! The food came out within 15 minutes which I liked and they also have a tap machine for my phone. That is ALWAYS aplus for me, not only for the times we live in (contactless is better) but also because I mainly only carry my phone. Someawesome guy who saw my 2 youngens outside looking in told me of their 20% discount text and even forwarded to me on the spot.That helped save a bit. I don't blame the owners but when I was in highschool 6 years ago this was the place to be after a swim meet. Now I go in and a... few tables are on their side. And most tables are not cleaned up it was saddening. Food still tasted good and the store wasunderstaffed. Something about management or maybe a pay increase could help but I miss when the employees made this place myfavorite place to be after a meet . Read more
