I'm not sure anyone we met today cares about their job or maybe the training is extremely lacking due to the issues with... employment. No one was coming out to the lobby to tidy up and this was during a slow time The sauces dispensers at the counterfor ketchup, horsey sauce, and honey mustard were all out. We received a Reuben that wasn't warmed up and and wasn't toastedproperly. On top of that it wasn't cut all the way through. The person making the sandwiches seemed to still be learning, whichhappens of course. We had the sandwich remade and I heard the person making the sandwich struggling. (I've been there). The newsandwich was properly toasted but again not cut all the way through and the center was cold again. Management should take a lookat the preportioning and how the ingredients are layed out. Maybe their piled up instead of properly distributed. The brisketsandwich seemed like the portion of meat was about half what it should be. As someone who used to work at Arby's I get howstressful it can be but no one seemed motivated. Read more

Ordered roast beef sliders,were cold and hard,don't waste ur money ????
I was told to pull forward to wait for my food which is totally fine but wasn?t told where to pull up to so I just pulled... forward thinking I was far enough up. Even communicated with they guy behind? he singled I was fine. Then the lady brought me myfood and said, ?next time if u pull up more the person behind u can actually get out.? This location is by far the best I?ve ever been to. The staff (especially lunchtime) is always consistently the same and they do... a great job. The lady that?s usually a manager at lunch is always on top of everything and the food and service shows that. Igo about once every other week and i have never had a wrong order or bad food. I know its "fast food" but everything there is onpar with a sit down restaurant. The new chicken sandwich is what made me finally write a review as this is the best friedchicken sandwich I?ve had at a fast food restaurant. The brioche bun, shredded lettuce, and salty pickles set this apart fromthe rest. Read more
