This Biggby location is one of the worst. They never have eggs for sandwiches. They can't even make you fresh Hazelnut coffee. I... have been here several times, and services is always terrible. I think its more convent for me to start making my own coffee athome now. Read more
It's crazy how different locations are more efficient. I used to go to this location but if you have 4 cars in line, you're more... than likely going to be waiting for 15min. Probably due to low staff or lack of support from management. I started going to thesaugatuck location because even if they have 8 cars in line it'll take 10min at most. Read more
This location leaves much to be desired. The wait times are excessive and I often see people leaving (including myself) if there... is more than one or two cars at the drive thru. It seems like every few times I visit they are out of several items, the toasteroven is broken, or my order is made incorrectly. I?m also really turned off that they hand you their CC machine out of the drivethru window asking for a tip. The staff is friendly but management/corporate needs to address this location. Little disappointed, bought drinks for myself and coworker. Total was $12 and change. I told the lady, it shouldn't be that... price with bogo. She scans again and get $1 off. I clearly asked for bogo (buy one get one free) not really impressed Read more
One of my favorite coffee shops - and this location did not disappoint! Super helpful and lovely staff (drivethru) excellent... breakfast sandwich, muffin and smoothie. And a wonderful choc Irish cream that was not too sweet. Always a favorite! Read more
The people at both Holland biggbys are always so friendly. I think biggby is just a little quirky. The one on Chicago drive has... a room you can use for corporate events and if I recall, the room was actually free to use, you just have to reserve it. I likegoing to the one on the south side with my four year old, and he says they have the yummiest treats. Read more
I have only been to this BIGGBY one time and got a buy one get one free iced coffee with a coupon. Though I love their iced and... frozen coffee, the guy that made mine drizzled the caramel all over not only the top, but all over the sides of both of thecups. Would not have been a problem if I didn't have to pick both of them up, get in my truck, and drive with them. Even thoughtheir coffee's are really good, I only get one once a year because I think they are way overpriced. Read more
Orders get done wrong I understand and even now with staff shortage. But to get charged to get it corrected and (on top of it... ask me if I called last time that they made the same mistake) with no apology is what did it. I will not be returning to thislocation again. Read more
