Every Sunday I come here before church it literally takes 15-20 minutes to get our coffees. There were 2 cars in front of me... today and I waited 20 minutes for my coffee. The car in front of me only purchased one coffee. The girls inside are moreworried about talking with each other then making coffee. I won?t be back!!!! Also the barista making coffee was texting someoneon her phone while I waited for my Latte. Read more
Clean store, friendly staff. They had some items they couldn't make due to not having the delivery yet. I do feel if you are... waiting for a delivery and have customers, I would start by letting them know that there are some things that can't be made atthat moment due to a delivery issue. Read more
I appreciate that when I requested "a lot of oatmilk" in my iced coffee, the baristas delivered. Also, they brew the coffee at... just the right temp. It's not bitter or too dark. Great work! :) Read more
Went through today with my girlfriend. I ordered a redbull creme freeze with strawberry and blueberry, and my girlfriend got a... frozen tea latte with whipped cream. We were the only people in line, and we waited over a half an hour to be greeted at thewindow, and another 10 minutes to get our drinks. When we got the drinks, both of them were made wrong. They left out thestrawberry, blueberry, and zip that i paid for and is shown on the receipt, and my girlfriends tea latte tasted disgustingcompared to how it normally tastes, and they left out the whipped cream that she paid for. The service I received was excellent. I went there with my wife, and we had to buy one get one free coupon for two large... coffees. My wife innocent told me that she did not want hey sweet coffee. She changed her mind and then wanted a Sweet coffee. Itook the coffee back and request that it be made sweet. They changed it and did not even ask questions. I was made to love mywife's liking and it was awesome. it was made by the redhead girl and I did not catch her name but she appeared to be asupervisor or a manager in back.
