The host Joe was fantastic! Such a gentleman and so helpful in answering questions as it was our first visit to this chain. They... have a bar area with keno, pull tabs, happy hour, and various sports on many televisions. They also have a dinning room that ismore quiet. The kid?s menu is excellently priced. The restroom was clean and had stall doors that go almost to the floor. Iappreciate that. Our waitress was happy to tell us the happy hour drinks. She was kind, happy, and seemed to enjoy being there.I really enjoyed my steak, the potatoes had a bit too much garlic for me but still good. The ribs were also quite good. Thedrinks were perfect. Spectacular for the price. We would definitely stop in a Brann's again. Read more
Worst experience I have had at Branns. The waitress was incompetent. Never checked on our beverages or rolls while we waited... half hour or so for our food. Brought the food, never offered refills on beverages. My steak was barely warm, corn was cold.Again doesn't come check on us and how food tasted. My utensils only had knife no fork. Luckily my daughter didn't need herfork. Then someone else brings the box for my daughter food. Wait Again another 10 minutes for the bill, never offered refillson drinks. Waited again for her to pick up my card to pay THEN couldn't get ny card to work and I can show you plenty of $$$ tocover it. She said kept saying error but I just used ut other places fine. Had to use my daughter's card and transfer money frommy account to pay her back. We were there at least 90 minutes no one ever cleared tables that had dirty dishes on them the floorhad food and broken crayons. Absolutely worst experience!! Read more
We arrived at 9:30 PM. Google maps says they close at 11. But that wasn't true. They close at 10. The host said he couldn't seat... us in the dinning room but we could take a seat on the sports bar side and get food there if we wanted. We sat down and waitedfor 25 minutes to be waited on. We were then informed the kitchen was closing at 10 and we needed to get our order in right thenif we wanted to get food. We ordered potato skins and a rack of ribs with Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes as sides and thenwaited for 35 minutes to get the food. The ribs were surprisingly good, very well made, as was the Mac and cheese. The staffforgot our potato skins and when we got them, we got two full sized backed potatoes instead of potato skins. The mashed potatoeswere cold and sweet tasting. We probably will chose somewhere else to eat next time. Read more
Ok so I tried the 4 pice chicken dinner which comes w mashed potatoes and a piece of soggy corn! Very disappointed w everything... this time! This place needs better kitchen staff! Service was great! Potatoes sucked! Read more
I am really stretching the 4 stars here. However I believe most of the people there really tried hard and it was probably a lack... of people. Our cheese sticks were brought out after our food, my wet burrito was dry. Both issues were addressed right away. Ithought the cheese was very light, see pic The person that seats people just yelled out people's name and moved on there werepeople in the door area. We went from a 30-40 minute wait to 8 minutes. Yeah for us This is always a 5 star restaurant that iswhy I did not go lower than 4 stars. It is a great place. I highly recommend it. I am sure it was just a off night. Read more
First time here and Absolutely terrible all out. First we waited 45 mins. Got in there and got seated and in our booth there was... open electrical, not very kid safe! but anyways took the waitress like 10 minutes to come over and even get us waters. Got the?watermelon crawler? tasted like rotten peaches with 2 teaspoons of vodka for $7!! Wth! There menu was super small, more like alunch menu because of being understaffed. Got our food and half of it was cold. Wings were bloody raw, and the burger was justthe frozen ones that peel apart and got freezer burnt lol over all very pricy for nasty food. We had like three differentwaitresses cuz ours seem to be not on it. Only plus was the staff was all very nice and they gave us a discount because of thebad experience. Read more
I went here for lunch recently with my buddies. I ordered a salad because I was on some dietary restrictions. Surprisingly , it... was very tangy and delicious. They serve some rolls with cinnamon butter in the beginning that was a nice touch. The margaritasand drinks were great too. I?m visiting here again for sure Read more
Went for dinner about 6:00. We had a larger party but didn?t need to be seated together. Hostess said she had to ask waitress if... that was ok that it was their option to refuse. Odd as we told her we could be seated in any arrangement that suited them. Maybeshe was new in job. Wait staff was rude and not friendly at all even argumentative. Particularly a young man who bus tables. Helistened into a conversation I was having with my husband and made an unsolicited comment which was disturbing. This made usfeel really uncomfortable so we decided to leave and have a wonderful dinner elsewhere. Go Buffalo! Great environment andFRIENDLY STAFF a mile down the road. Read more
