Working nearby, myself and coworkers will order 3-4 orders together and pick them up here once a month or so. The last two times... we have done so, multiple things were wrong with the order. Most recently (tonight), I noticed at least one order missing andhad to wait inside while they made the missing items. After 20 minutes of waiting and eating some of the food I had ordered, Iwent back to work and noticed that an entire second part of the order was also missing. This lead to one of my coworkers havingto go back to the location once more. Yo add to this, all the wings were poorly sauced and the ranch cups were only filled up aquarter of the way so we didn't have enough. This is very frustrating. Read more
Sat down with a friend as a first time goer and walked away very satisfied. The exclusive mountain dew, Legend, truly stands out... among the many special flavors in Gas stations and restaurants nowadays with a very potent flavor. I got some lemon dry rubboneless wings as well, and they were cooked with care and tasted amazing, with a very generous amount of seasoning too. 9/8/2022 Some coworkers of mine and I pitched in together some money to order some wings several hours in advance. Turns out... they canceled the order and didn't refund the coworker who had submitted the payment. Then they started ignoring phonecalls. Under the remote chance somebody died or some other tragic event happened I would consider this sort of serviceexcusable, but chances are nothing like this happened so I'm going to leave uno star. Notice below, the picture of an emptybowl. That is what we ate for dinner that night... nothing. 9/13/2022 We got hungry at work again and gave Buffalo Wild Wingsanother shot and everything turned out okay. The Coworker who had his card charged last week was able to get his money back. Iwill now upgrade the star rating to 3 stars to average out the experiences. Read more
On my birthday I decided to get some wings. My order said it would be ready at 7:40 so that was when I arrived. The app even... said that it was ready. Needless to say I waited 40 minutes and found out that my order wasn't even fully there. I asked tospeak to someone that could help get it straighted out. The manager I spoke too had zero customer service experience as itseemed and gave off vibes like he didn't care. The only saving grace was a waitress that I happened to catch that helped me getit sorted out (apologize for not remembering names). Worst experience I had with a take out order in my life. Read more
Very disappointing. This is the second time on take out that I asked for boneless Buffalo sauce hot wings and it hardly had any... sauce. Very dry and more like eating chicken tenders. Looks like it's time to find a new spot. Read more
Multiple items missing on door dash order. Can’t believe Buffalo Wild Wings didn’t double check the receipt and the order... before handing it off to Door Dash. Something so simple shouldn’t be missed. Staff on the phone didn’t seem to care that itwas missed. Won’t door dash from them again. Grand Rapids location never misses a beat. Way to go Holland. Tasteless food for the price. Brisket sandwich had very little brisket and was very small in size for $13. Fries were extra. ... Chicken tenders were not fresh grilled, just heated up and were served with nothing else. Definitely not worth $11. We waitedover a 1/2 hour to get our food after the order was placed and it was barely warm when it was finally delivered. Not worth $$. Read more
My brisket tacos were cold...and almost tasted like it had been nuked multiple times before I got it. The rest of the food was... ok. Our waitress was not great. Reached across us without even a word to grab things, took forever to come to our table, eventho people were just standing around...it wasn't busy. Not the typical bw's service for sure Read more
