Waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes for what I had expected to be fresh food due to the wait. Instead I received a charcoal... briquette in place of what should have been a burger and the "Big Fish" sandwich I ordered had clearly been made and sitting outfor the last 12 hours as it was hard as a rock and drier than a bone from sitting under a heat lamp all day. I have no doubt Iwould have gotten food poisoning had I ate the sandwich. DO NOT GO HERE FOR FOOD. Read more
Absolutely worst Burger King in the country. Manager refused to honor my already-paid for mobile order, yelled in my face and... didn't give me my food or a refund. There are other restaurants in the city, go to anywhere but this place. Read more
This location is pretty awful. Wait times are excessive and the employee attitude is pathetic. One of the employees actually... complained about the amount of cars in the drive through before giving us our incomplete food order. In general, Burger King andit?s stores have fallen dramatically in quality. Frankly I don?t think upper management really cares either. Read more
25 minutes for chicken nuggets and a large fry. The order taker came out and chain smoked 5 feet from my window the entire time... we waited. Glad I have A/C, it was 85 degrees out and we had to roll our windows up because it smelled so bad 0 out of 10. Donot recommend. Read more
This is the worst place to order food! I don't know how it stays open. The people are always dirty and nasty looking. And orders... are always wrong. And get this... they take their cigarette breaks right where the cars are waiting to get up to the window. Sodisgusting. My children and I couldn?t even order our food comfortably, when a young man who was NOT an employee started SCREAMING at us as... he existed the BACK of the building. Walking to a car filled with friends, I asked if he was okay, he said yes and then got tohis friends and had a good laugh. I drove off without my order. I won?t be back to this location. So with the new store manager at the south side Holland location I am changing my post from a horrible 2 stars to 4 stars for... now. I see it getting even better. The store manager has made alot of changes. No more workers sitting in their car gettingstoned then taking and making your order. Plus they are opening closer and closer to their posted hours of operation. And thebig kicker the food is hot and has been correct every time so far. Without waiting 15 to 20 minutes from the time you order.Don't let this manager go.. if you do just close the location. Read more
