First time dinner experience at Butch's. It could not have been any greater! The staff was very friendly, polite and... professional. The facility was clean and comfortable and the atmosphere was perfect for celebrating our 30th WeddingAnniversary. The food, wine and desert was excellent and the service exceptional. We have come here many times over the years, yet it seems the direction of the menu has changed. The amazing Fish Dip... appetizer is no more, and for the Aspall Cider - which is one of the best (having spent ~2 years in the UK) also is no longercarried. Menu prices have gone up, while service has gone down. Having to wait 50 minutes for your meal while others thathave come after you are being served is a bit disappointing as well. No offense atmosphere is awesome, and perhaps it wouldbe a great place for drinks, yet the price for entrees belie the food quality. If the prices were as they were 2 years ago, sure fine, yet with the price increase, there is no increase in quality or refinement of the food. Read more
