I was told that they have a salad bar. Basically it was lettuce, some tomatoes, cooked broccoli and a bunch of mixed cold/hot... dishes (pastas, rice, etc). I expected that there would be more veggie options for a "salad bar". My family enjoyed the meat andespecially the pineapple (you have to try it). Starts with hot/cold buffet with salads, veggies. Meats started coming right away, service was fast and selection of meats was... diverse. From chicken wings to tri-tip steak, all of the meats had great flavor. Finished the meal off with grilled pineapplecooked with brown sugar. Staff was very friendly. This is a really neat little place, they have some of the friendliest staff I've ever encountered in a restaurant. It's a... little pricey, but the food is amazing. I've never been to another place like it, so have nothing to compare it to. My onlycomplaint would be it's not in the nicest of locations. Try the pineapple, try it a few times. You're welcome!
