A friend of mine recommended them,, said they had a deal in 2 chili dogs . Would I go again --- Absolutely not ! I asked for... just Chili only ,, and I SHOULD have checked my order before I left ! .. Soggy buns ,, on Both ,, got dog dropped through thebun when I picked it up , and on the other chili dog as well ,, and , it had Extra onions ! Fries were cold ,, so that wasenough for me ! I Did keep the pop, and drank that -- On the way to Hardies to get a.grilled chicken sandwich ! I Should havewent to Hardies in Holland in the first place ! Love the food, it's just a drive through joint with a spot to sit outside so atmosphere is whatever. Service is usually good but... the place is understaffed often so on occasion it may take a few minutes longer. I work there currently so I may be biased. Read more
***Dropped from 3 stars to 1 because 7 cars drove into the line and were served after we had been standing and waiting. Still... didnt serve us. ******20 minutes later she gives a pick up his order looks at me, scowls, and shuts the window. I drive a dumptruck with a trailer so i can't go through the drive. Stood at the window for a few minutes, not a problem. Manager came to thewindow, obviously busy, but said in a short voice "we have a line, wont be able to serve you for a while". Waiting for noresponse, she shut the window and walked back in. Having worked in food, i get being busy, but there is a way to communicatethat more effectively. Still waiting 10 minutes later with only 2 cars in the drivethru...... Read more
All right so I pull up at five o'clock and there is a sign that says they close at six due to staffing issues. I'm waiting there... for like five minutes and I realize there are no cars in the parking lot. I decide to leave and as I'm driving away I see therewas a dude in the kitchen. Read more

Great food usually, hard to beat those fries! But they close early daily and Ive spent more than 10 minutes waiting at the... order-board because the cashier didnt notice me there, and apparently, never thought to look.. But id attribute that to theno-help problem everyone is having, and Ill still try to make it there for lunch when I can, because its always hot, good food! Read more
They took the chicken wings off the menu unless you order them through door dash. Best item on the menu and can't get by going... to location and they close at 5pm. I will NEVER go back to the 8th street location in Holland Michigan. And to all my friendsand family it's not recommended. Read more
