I frequent this restaurant about every other month. Had a real bad experience once with a large group. However the... last 3 visits have been what they should be, great food and a good time. We normally visit with 8 or more ppl. Food is fastand hot. The staff often looks tired and somewhat frustrated at times but they get the job done efficiently. Read more

I’m impressed with their Cascada Salad. The shrimp was awesome! The most impressive item was their cactus- seriously... spectacular! The veggies were seasoned deliciously. The chicken was okay. The steak was tender but underseasoned and oddlypowdery in texture. My guest thought the refried beans were runny and that the rice was underwhelming. Every item was about$3-$6 overpriced. This is hands down THE best Mexican food place in Holland. I have not had a single bad dish here... ever. The service is... awesome. Reliably good food and service! Very cool booths and seating, nice clean place and accommodating to larger groups. Same... ownership and basic menu as Don Louis in Grand Haven but I like the margaritas better here as they aren’t sweet. I recommendtrying their carnitas, super tender and flavorful! Read more
