Husband and I just visited here to try something new (we are from out of town). I ordered the Hummus wrap and he ordered the... Jimmy Pesto sandwich. Both were very tasty. Only critique I have that I?m seeing a lot of reviews on is the wait time. To us, itwas worth it. But if time is an issue for you, this may not be the stop for you. Pretty good but tips for a sandwich shop is always awkward. Had the pow pow pastrami, Great stuff. But once again I don't have... the food yet and ur asking for a tip. Just give them a raise if you think they do a good job raise your prices accordingly. Read more
I have always loved Electric Hero & know it may take some time to make the good food? unfortunately though my experience today... was waiting 30m for my order, people who ordered after me with the same size order got their food first. The nice girl who tookour order and went to make it was prepping food for our sandwiches and instead of stopping prepping to continue to make ourorder. I also witnessed her wipe her nose on her gloves a multitude of times? we also had to substitute pulled pork on oursandwich for chicken which wouldn?t have been a big deal until the long wait, inappropriate handling of our food and the girlcontinuing to cut apples after she cut enough for my sandwich? this will be the last time I stop in for a ?QUICK lunch? ? afterbiting into our food we aren?t impressed either Read more
I have been coming to this little sandwich shop for several years now. They always have the best food and the best service.... Today my girlfriend and I came in while we were having one of our usual Girl Days and we met the new owner Adam! He is great andit is good to see the staff is the same and the menu and great taste has also not changed! As a small business owner I adorebeing able to try new things and also be a repeat customer to my favorite places like Electric Hero! The sandwiches here are huge and stuffed with delicious meats like ham,... turkey, roast beef, corned beef, chicken or pork that will get you and leave you stuffed but wanting more! Electric hero is a hidden gem. They have a wide variety of sandwiches and other foods and everything I have ever gotten here has... been amazing. The staff are always kind, and if you're ever in the holland area (or near their grand haven location) I highlyrecommend stopping by. You can order in the shop, over the phone, or order online. And in the summertime they have a food truckparked at Grand Haven State Park! Read more
