Pick up was closed, only drive thru open, they wouldn't accept the website price as shown, then didn't even have a ready to go... pizza done. Mind you, the cashier had to get the manager, since I had the price right on my phone for both to see. Told managera waste of time since everyone waiting in drive thru,since pick up closed. Then I proceeded to leave I heard her say f..kyou,because at this point decided to get nothing,since they had nothing. Funny ,I'm the bad guy ,when they don't even haveready to go order pizza even done. I can tell you the reason why they had pick up closed is because the odor of Marijuana wasterrible. As soon as she open window you could get a contact buzz. Pretty pathetic, and so is that manager that has 0 class. Should be fired . Now it makes sense why their rated so low. Read more

Don't come here. Every pizza is a dice roll, and the customer service is appalling, imagine getting sworn out by an employee... because you ordered online, let alone the MANAGER??? There's also, what.. a 1-in-5 chance to get food poisoning from eitherlocation in Holland too, absolutely do not recommend ever going to Little Caesers. I was there as a walk in and ordered three hot to gos and I had to wait. And I have to say, the workers there were amazing! I... commented to them how impressive they were and I could tell how appreciative they were. Another customer agreed with me. Theydidn't have the hot and ready when I got there (which makes sense because the drive thru was packed and they were busy in thelobby) but 7 minutes later I had all three ready to go. I called to ask how much a hot n ready was so I knew if I had enough money. They told me 6.67 and I asked if I could get that in... a thin crust and confirmed out the door price. When I arrived for my order, the manager told me my total was more. It was $.40more than I had. She would not honor the price I was given on the phone and would have tossed it out over the difference. Shesaid I could get a hot n ready for normal price. I was so upset and humiliated but another customer bought my pizza and themanager didn?t care one bit. Read more

Came last night on a whim. I normally have pizza at another location across town for lunch, so I don?t come to this one much, ?... well, ever. This was my first stop in at this spot, ? it?s the closest location to my home. Sat in line at the drive throughwith 4 cars ahead of me. It took 20 mins to reach the window, where I was greeted,after 3-4 mins, at the window with anopportunity to wait another 10 mins for an order. I passed and went home empty handed. Let me paint you a picture. A young man eager and joyful to retrieve his order, then this StayPuffed Marshmellow looking lady ... gives you the skunkiest of stink eyes and tells you to "Wait a moment", then follows up with the malicious "What are you herefor?". Are you joking? Nobody needs this double chinned chimp of an employee squawking at the customers as if we were her ownchildren. Rude and unprofessional. For those who're working there, I'm super sorry you have to deal with this Oogie Boogie hagon a weekly basis. You're all much better than that. Read more

Usually good pizza, they only give you seasoning packets about half the time when you ask (from my experience) I have been told... by some employees that they were completely out, them I asked another and he gave me some. I called in to place a order, girlon the phone told me it would be a hour and a half wait, I ordered on the app and decided to take my chances, I showed up 15minutes after the call and no customer's and 7 hot and ready pizzas ready, so it seems some of the employees just don't want totake phone orders to avoid more work. I ordered 2 Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni Pizzas tonight through the pizza portal. Brought the pizza home and both were SO over... cooked. Took the pizzas back and asked for a refund. Got the refund but the manger was very rude!! Wouldn?t give a copy of therefund receipt nor let me take a picture of the receipt. She grabbed the pizzas in a very hostile way and stormed off to theback. Never got a copy of the refund receipt for proof of credit. VERY RUDE!! Never coming back again. Not going to get treatedthis way. Bad customer service!! Most of the time when I order pizza there the pizza looks terrible. Over cooked and they NEVERcut the pizza right or at all. If I could I would give them ZERO stars. They freaking need to close. Worst pizza EVER!! Alsowant to add while waiting seen one of the employees set a dirty rag in a pizza box and take it out.
