The food was amazing and the owner and his family make you feel like family
Mold on the hamburger bun and when we asked to have it replaced they tore off the mold and reserved the same food. ( I modified... the hamburger patty and the top of the bun when I sent the food back to make sure the food would be fresh and when I receivedthe burger it was the exact same with the mold part missing. I brought this concern to the manager and was told that he'sinformed the kitchen staff in the past not to take short cuts and unfortunately they did again. ) Chicken burrito had chickencartilage in it. This place has been our go to for years with great food and service but with the very small amount of chips and salsa they give... and charging extra to get anywhere near the amount most other places give the first time and not charging for seconds we are nowgoing elsewhere I'm sorry to say. Waited thirty minutes for six premade tacos. My two were still cold. The other four were room temperature. Cheese was not even... melted.The salsa was basically catsup with some spice added. We were there for fifty minutes and two other tables got theirfood. We waited for one of the waitresses to bring our bill but finally went to the cash register and paid it. You know the small town breakfast restaurants where local people go to eat, hang out and enjoy long conversations? Same vibe... when coming here. It definitely brings a crowd of locals. I observed others comfortable and at ease. No one was in a rush to eatand go. People brought their families and enjoyed conversations and food. It was a hole in the wall restaurant. It was nice tosee this. And it definitely gave me a small town restaurant vibe. Customer service was amazing! Food took some time, but itwas busy and waitress kept you updated. Chips and salsa was okay. I really enjoyed the Mexican rice and guacamole was fresh andfull of flavor. We had fajitas and it was seasoned well. We also tried the tamales. They were good, not spicy. The menu doesnot have a lot of options but it's a small restaurant and to each their own. I would go back and try other items off the menuif I was around again. I rated this higher because of customer service and food had flavor and came out freshly cooked. Read more

Old lemon. I could taste the old chicken used for my quesadilla it was good service the food tasted old and reheated. I was... freezing couldn?t even eat. I had a shrimp cocktail with old fish and super cold my teeth was numb. Read more
