in my experience, this McDonald?s is the worst out of all of the locations in the Holland area, everyone has a terrible attitude... and terrible communication, there is one manager that does a decent job every time I interact with him, but sadly he is notenough to carry the whole restaurant. most of the employees act like they don?t have a job to serve customers, simply to heat upthe food and bag it. They don?t have good customer service or seem to care about the customers they see every day at all whichis very important in the restaurant business. i understand that being short staffed is hard but every other mcdonald?s inholland has FRIENDLY AND fast service, usually without the attitude from teenagers. Went through the drive thru, they were a little busy, but the guy taking the order as soon as I pulled up to the order sign "You... can place your order whenever you are ready" repeated the same thing 2 more times just as soon as he finished. Then "Is theresomething I can help you find?" About 4 times right after that. It isn't what he was saying it's that he was giving me no timeto respond in between what he was saying. Finally had to talk over him to place my order and had to repeat myself because he wastalking and couldn't hear what I said. Got my food quickly when I got to the pick up window. it was sitting by the window when Igot up there. Burger and fries were cold because there were 3 cars ahead of me and there was a hold up for some reason. Whenthey know your food has been sitting there getting cold, they should remake it instead of giving out cold food. Read more
Great food, amazing morning employees. Not 5 because the floors were dangerously slippery and my grandma almost fell many times.
The issue today was the cashier man had on so much cologne. When he opened the window the smell was so overpowering I literally... almost threw up on the spot. Otherwise would've been a 5 star. Read more
Absolutely abysmal. Went through the drive thru and I ordered two cheeseburger meal with no pickles, a 6-piece nugget, and a... crispy chicken sandwich. I was told to pull into a numbered spot and wait for my food to be brought to me. 25 minutes later myorder is handed to me. The six piece nugget is nowhere to be found. I open my cheeseburgers to find not only are they stone coldAND contain pickle (which i specifically asked not to have) but BOTH cheeseburgers were somehow made WITHOUT HAMBURGER PATTIES.How on earth can someone be so bumblingly incompetent? Today I order a Happy Meal for my daughter, and when I notice it didn't had the toy and the fries was just all over with no... container! My daughter was sad I will go back and let them know! Because I pay for everything and it was some things missing. NOFAIR! ???????? Read more
This McDonalds has a play area. They are also doing toy story theme right now because of the movies! Mcdonalds has changed so... much from when I was a kid. Its like a formal setting, which i hate. Someone brings you out your food and they have flowers onthe tables! Staff isn't too friendly and bathrooms were not cleaned or stocked. This establishment is starting to get away frombeing family oriented. For 4 people my lunch cost me $45 and that is ridiculous for a McDonalds. Read more
