Very overpriced for an ice cream cake. I went to get an oreo cake and had to wait for them to put oreos on top. The cake came... back out and it had two oreos in the middle and a few half oreos on the side. A total of six oreos and then chocolate syrupthrown on top. Looked pretty sad and nothing like the website photos. For a $54 ice cream cake you would expect more than 6oreos. The cake itself was pretty awful. Nobody even finished their piece. We came here at 3pm on a Thursday and Menchie?s was unsurprisingly empty. I don?t think it was based on it not being popular,... but rather it was an odd time to get froyo. The process is typical where you get a cup, fill it with flavors, and then addtoppings. I got the Vanilla and it actually tasted amazing for being just Vanilla. Also, the toppings were super tasty and theserving utensils and containers were very clean (no accidental cross mixing in the containers or utensils). We ate in the storeand there was actually a lot to do there, considering it?s a froyo place. They had games, puzzles, photo ops in a cut out, and abig game on the wall (plus a few more). Best flavors of any frozen yogurt shop I have been to. Their stuff is creamy and rich unlike most frozen yogurt. The cake batter... and chocolate cheese cake flavors easily compare with gelato with the thickness and flavor. With the huge selection of toppingsand a reasonable price this is our new go to place for ice cream. Read more

Advertised low carb on outside billboard. I go in to inquire about it. The first girl broke out a folder with a chart. I... had to go out to my vehicle to get my reading glasses. So I come back in and the number look good for a serving. I asked thesecond girl and she said the serving size was a half cup. I asked how do measure that out? She shrugged her shoulders andgiggled saying I don't know. The girls were polite, but if this place is going to advertise low carb, please train employees tohelp and assist those that are doing low carb. I left frustrated without purchasing anything. I will be happy to change therating if someone tries to contact me and explain how to measure the serving size. Update: appreciate the quick response andwill make a visit next weekend now that I know that I can have the cup measured. Read more
