Service here is absolutely horrible especially in the evenings! My order was supposed to be delivered at 8pm Feb 4 2022 . It... wasn't delivered until 9pm! Our food was extremely cold . I had to put everything in the oven including the wings . Your betteroff buying frozen pizzas at a grocery store.i rarely had BBQ sauce on my wings . I ordered online and got a confirmation email around say 8:00pm to round the time up. Email said delivery would be 8:25pm.... 8:25pm and still no pizza. I figured it would be a little late in case the driver got lost or a little behind so I continued towait. At about 9 I decided to call just to check. No answer. Called 3 different times and was just stuck on an automated loop.Finally around 9:15 I decided to drive to the restaurant myself and see what happened. Apparently my order was made and sent outwith a driver. Because of that, they could not give me a refund but offered to give me store credit so that when I order again,it would be free. Don't know how it would be free since i was still charged for it even though I never got it. The cashier wasvery polite though and offered to make my order right then and there which I agreed because I really didn't feel like dealingwith it again by taking the store credit. Ordered online. Wrote "garage service door" in the delivery instructions. They dropped it at my front door and left without... knocking. By the time I realized it was there it was cold. It's possible they tried to ring the doorbell, but it doesn't work.You know what one does work? The one at the garage service door. I ordered half pepperoni, half sausage. Got half pepperoni,half cheese. Called to let someone know and was on hold for about 10 minutes before I gave up. Read more
My carry out order was done exactly when they said it would be ready. The app had a nice countdown feature. One of the pizzas... was the wrong crust, but the manager was quick to make it right, so I was satisfied. The pizzas all tasted great. Update; Weordered again using the app, and everything was perfect. Their pan pizza is my favorite. The lady at the counter was veryfriendly and made me feel like a valued customer. Excellent service! My family and I eat pizza hut about once a week. We order so much, that our afternoon delivery driver has Brought us a free 2... liter of soda from time to time, because she says I'm a good tipper. Definitely made me feel good! Last night was my son'sbirthday, so we ordered two big boxes (all Pizza's) and a double order of breadsticks. Unfortunately, I took one bite of myslice and there was a hair in it. Not on the pizza, literally in the pizza under the cheese! Definitely a bummer ???? Read more
I didn't expect much coming in, it was moreso for the nostalgia. The last time I had an AYCE Pizza Hut Buffet was in Anchorage,... AK, which was decades ago. When we first got in, the food looks like it has been sitting out for awhile. Pizza looked kinda dryand bread sticks were tough. So I waited for the next batch, the food was was better by then. I ordered a particular pizza andit never got brought out. It was already 30mins into waiting. The service was ok, we had to get the attention of our waitressfor a refill. She never really came to check up on us. But after we arrived, several groups of folks came through, so sheprobably got busy. But yeah, if you love pizza, this place will be perfect for you. They took forever to get the pizza to me and when it finally got to me everything was right except the pizza. I ordered a... stuffed crust pepperoni and sausage pizza and got a Hawaiian stuff crust pizza. So I tried calling them. It took me five triesbefore they answered.
