Oh my? where to start?? The floor was dirty and no one was grabbing a broom. It?s a buffet, so I just should?ve expected the... feeding frenzy. I?ve never seen sausage gravy at a pizza buffet, but you could eat your sausage gravy with the instant potatoes if you so choose. The food was mediocre and if you have small children they will love the chicken and various selections ofpizza. But be prepared that you should prepare yourself for the dirty feeling while you eat. First time eating here. Wasn't sure what to expect. The potatoe wedges were very good. The pizza bar was fresh and takes... requests. The pizza tasted pretty good. The salad bar was an average salad bar. The staff was very friendly. You candefinitely get your money's worth. I'll be back if in the area again! Read more
Wow! We were so incredibly impressed by the friendly staff and the service at pizza ranch! They were welcoming and very... professional. We walked in close to closing (without even knowing) and they served us with great attitudes and made us feelwelcome until the very end (even when we realized we were there almost an hour after they had closed! ???????????) we willdefinitely be back! I'm at a place called Pizza Ranch. It's like Pizza Hut buffet for lunch time, but their buffet is all day long. They have... different pizzas, salad bar, chicken, wedges, corn (not so good today), green beans, mashed potatoes and biscuits. And Pizzatype desserts. Read more
Decent buffet. You can also do a guest request for pizza. They have a good service, salad bar, dessert options and even a... American meal bar. This is a perfect place for classic American buffet. They have a lot pf options in Pizzas, chicken, veggies, pepperoni along... with some southern classics suchas biscuits with gravy and potato wedges. The food is really nice and well cooked. Two years ago I gave this restaurant 4 stars. Today we visited and they are receiving 1 star. If the health department were... sitting in the restaurant tonight they would have been closed. 5:00 dinner time and the first thing on my plate was a largechicken breast. As I pulled it apart I noticed a lack of heat...and actually it was cold. I pushed it aside and waited forsomeone to come take it. As he took it I mentioned that it was cold and that it was cold when I got it 20 minutes earlier. Andthat they haven't put out any fresh chicken since. 5 minutes later they temped the chicken and then pulled all of it from thebuffet. Now let's talk about the server with the red face mask that was hanging from one ear as he blew his nose while standingin front of the pizza's. We also could be talking about the young man that replenished the salad bar - 50% of his trips werewith gloves and the other without. One trip to the salad bar he ran his fingers thru his hair and continued working. The nexttrip he ran his fingers under his nose and continued on his merry way. The training of the staff is lacking as well as someoneactually managing the day to day activities....! Read more
