Ordered a catering order for my sons rehearsal dinner. Send family member to pick it up he asked them if everything was there... and they assured him everything was. Got it back to venue and 1/2 my order was missing. I called right away and they offered forme to come pick it up, I was an hour away and in the middle of hosting a dinner told them I wanted a refund for what I did notreceive. She said she would have the GM call me that next morning. No phone call. I called after my son got married and againwas told the GM would call. Again no phone call. I called the next morning and was told she was off I explained to at I lived 3hours away and was leaving that day and needed this to be taken care of. They had the GM call me. When she did she accused me ofbeing mean to her managers and that I was in the wrong. I never at 1 point was rude or mean, I was upset and frustrated that Ihad people to feed and not enough food to do so. She said I would get a refund within 7 - 10 days. Never happened. I wrotecorporate to get this resolved and just got passed from 1 person that couldn?t or wouldn?t help me to another. I had dispute mycharges on my credit card to get what was owed to me! I would never recommend catering here ever! Andrianna should never be a GMif she can?t give her customer respect and compassion for their mistake! Whomever the district manager is need a new evaluationof their job as well as they never tried to call me! Corporate sent them many communications of what has happened and theydidn?t care not 1 but! I spent $400.00 on food that I didn?t get so please don?t make the same mistake, go somewhere else if youwant great customer service! Read more

No Hot sauce?,,,, at all? Queso was pretty bland and watered down too. Not my greatest experience at Qboba. Don't get the... feeling the owner cares much about service or customer satisfaction. Read more

My order was messed up with four missing ingredients. They forgot my lettuce, cheese, sour cream and my salsa verde on the side.... So disappointed. Feel like I can?t order online anymore because they always mess it up even with digital instructions included. Read more

On the left: what we first got. On the right: the "fixed" burrito. The first burrito literally only had the first three items on... the pictured receipt. It's like they saw the first three ingredients, then just said "I'm done here." After bringing theseverely lacking burrito back, they fixed us up a new one that was beyond handling. It was a complete mess. Their excuse? "Wehad a hard time rolling up your burrito..." like bro there are only 3 items that are extra. Rice was left out so that therecould be room. Never coming back. I love Qdoba. Most of my experience is at the Mount Pleasant location and they grew my love for the food. Since moving to... Holland I have stopped dining at Qdoba because the holland location is sub par. The food does not seem to be prepared / storedappropriately and thus tastes less fresh than other locations. On my most recent visit they were all out of guacamole! That ismy favorite part about Qdoba. I am leaving this review because I love Qdoba as a whole and would love to see some improvement atthe holland location. Read more

Prices and portions are still OK given the current era. I used to love stopping here for lunch but I?ve noticed the queso has... gotten so bad that I would classify it as a ?soup?. All we tasted was raw flour. Theyre making a roux and adding so much saltand spice before the real cheese that it?s nothing but a flour based sauce. Ours was so loose you could spoon it out like aspicy soup. Read more

The burrito I got was good. The bathroom had one of the dirtiest toilets I have ever seen in a chain restaurant. It appeared... as though it had never been cleaned properly. The very large garbage can was overflowing with paper towels. It had to havetaken multiple days to get that full. Read more

My family eats Qdoba all over, so we obviously enjoy the consistent menu and flavors. But I?m reviewing this location because... the customer service was stellar! This Tuesday-Dinner group of employees was courteous, made suggestions, and was patient withmy large order. I already felt after ordering that they were great people. FURTHER, my kid was sick and tried to run to therestroom after we sat down? unfortunately he made a huge trail of mess down the back hallway. I snuck him out the back door tofinish his episode in the grass, and when we made it back inside to gather our things the employees were already cleaning up ourdisgusting hallway mess. I apologized profusely but they were so so nice about it too. Thank you so much! Read more
