We were in the pick up line, we waited for 15 minutes, still no food. We left because we were hungry. I think it is awful... service. You work all day, your tired and don't feel like cooking. You except your food to come in a timely manner. If you wantto be known for good food and service you should do some changes. Don't leave guests sit and wait. Make a time limit to get foodout of the kitchen to table. If a delay, they should come out and tell you or give some type of compensation . If I were abusiness owner I would want my patrons happy. Please make some changes or you will lose more customers and status in thecommunity. Read more

The service was horrible with 6 tables and 3 waitresses. My biscuits and gravy breakfast came out luke warm and a table that... sat five minutes after me got their omelette and something else way before my food came. I asked for a straw with my drinkafter waiting 7 minutes to be greeted and it came with my meal 16 minutes later. I've never had such a horrible experience atthe Northside Holland location. I definitely will not be returning or EVER recommending. Read more
