Worst drive through service I have ever had. It almost seemed as if I was treated like I was inconveniencing the drive through... attendant. The music was so loud I could hear it over her in the drive through. As she I was putting my card away she shouted"HERE!" as she handed my receipt. Do yourself a favor and go across town. Read more
Worst experience ever. Went to this location today and ordered a salad . They handed me a salad that had the most clear see... through old lettuce ive ever seen served to a customer in my life along with a handful of dark green wilted spinach that lookedlike it came from a can!! I cant believe they would ever serve something like that to another human being let alone a payingcustomer. That was the last straw for me at this suway. Incredibly poor service and/or training. I ordered a slider and a foot long cold cut combo (the most basic item on the menu) and... Jennifer was visibly puzzled as to what went on either of the items I had ordered. I asked for a light amount it siracha sauceand not even one second later she flips the bottle upside down and pours on enough for 3 subs. The food is always at just about any location. However, at this location, they are woefully understaffed, only 1 person! So,... instead of going through the drive-through, we needed to park the car and go inside. It seems like a minor thing, however, interms of management and customer it is a big issue. UPDATE: So it's been 6 months, I had nothing for lunch and no way to get lunch, so I walked over and tried you guys one more... time. Honestly, the ordering went fine, ate my food, no problems. Then I stand up to leave and a guy walks out from the backyelling at someone else saying something along the lines of "....next time I'm not getting yelled at", to which a woman in theback yells, "Well f*** you, I need to leave" at which point I left and could see him yelling through the glass. I'm sorrySubway, I guess you and me were not meant to be. Original Post: When you guys first opened, it was pretty good. Employees werenice, food was what you expect from Subway, etc. Then you had a turnover in employees and now they are just rude and unpleasantso I stopped going in on my lunch breaks. I decided to go through the drive through because I had my kids and my wife wascraving some subway and we were on our way somewhere. I was asked to come inside and wait in line because they were too busy totake a drive through order. Too busy to take a drive through order? First time I?ve heard that from a fast food place. I went to the drive-through and got this at Subway just about every day and order the same sub from every subway this is the... worst one I?ve gotten yet they did not even put all of the veggies on that I told them and they skimped on the meat. My subs areusually so full they don?t really close this one looks like somebody backed over it with the car would not recommend Read more
Subway is one of my favorite places to eat, so I definitely don't have anything bad to say about them. Every time that I have... been to this one, the employees have been extremely polite and I always get my order very quickly. I go to three of thedifferent ones in Holland depending on which way I feel like going, but they all have great service. Read more
I ordered a veggie delight through the drive thru.....and got bread with mustard and mayo
