Stood in line for 10 minutes while 8 employees were on break and sat by the door. This happened at 5:20pm, mind you. Not one of... them asked to help and the person in back of us went through the drive through and they messed up his incomplete order. Onlysaw 3 staff members working. Won't be back! (First review) Come to Taco Bell for the smallest and most expensive Slurpee. And if you want a sauce that doesn't come in a... pack you'll get 1 squirt. lol (Second review) 11/06/2022 5-6pm Just waited for 15 minute in store for a order I placed onlineso I wouldn't have to do that, only to get cold food and the tacos and the quasadilla were like destroyed barely holdingthemselves together. I feel like everytime I come here I get closer and closer to never coming here ever again and going 10times as far just to get decent service in Zeeland because the taco bells in holland have given me some rotten experiencesbecoming to common to count. I've grown up enjoying TBell so writing a bad review of one takes a particular level of bad service. I have tried to order... breakfast pickup orders 3 times in the past 3 months here, only to be told (for 2 of 3 orders) that their 'systems are notcommunicating with back of house, so we are unable to take your order'. Workers were unable to cancel said order, stating Ieither had to cancel via app/online portal, or file a charge back with the bank. We'll gloss over what a terrible practicerecommending a charge back to your customers is. It isn't clear whether this particular location has faulty point of saleequipment, people that don't know how to use it, or something else entirely (crew sticking it to corporate? Hey I'm aboutworkers rights, I would support that if they were transparent), but I would not get my hopes up that you will have a goodexperience at this location. Read more

I've had repeatedly had issues with customer service at this location. specifically unfriendly managers with bad people skills... running the drive through speaker and/or service window. poor attitudes and clipped responses when asked questions, cutting offcustomer by closing window, unpleasant tone and demeanor. food is fine. It's amazing that only a few miles can separate the best taco bell I've been to and the worst. The woman yelled at ME for... speaking louder after she "could not hear me" the first 3 times. Was very rude at the window, never said thank you forsupporting her job, and my breakfast quesadilla was luke warm at best, heck the shredded cheese was still cold. Ordered extra beef and was charged for it. Barely any meat on it. The Baja blast might be blue but tastes like sparkling... water. Highly recommend the location on south Washington. I wouldn?t have ordered had I?ve known it was coming from thislocation. What I?ve heard is true. Quality is terrible. Read more
