Lovely, quiet, old-school lunch spot with dark wood, comfy booths and lots of tables. Too many TVs for my taste, but at least... they were quiet. The tossed salad was simple, but flavorful with a nice variety of dark greens, sweet peppers, croutons, onionand tomato. I had a personal pizza which came with a thin, cracker crust, a delicious savory sauce and copious amounts ofdelicious, melty mozzarella. Excellent! Read more

Tried Village Inn for the first time today(just started commuting to Holland for work a few weeks ago) and it was excellent.... Ordered a small all meat hand tossed pizza and it was so good. Even the crust was fantastic. I'll definitely be back. Read more

We waited an hour. New person and someone quitting in the kitchen. So not a good combination. Ordered wet burritos they were old... meat and cold. We didn't have to pay for them We did not eat them. They are usually very good. Just not a good time to come by. Read more

Service was very slow even with a few customers in entire place at 5pm. Took a long time to be reconized after seating... ourselves, Food took way too long after being placed. Waitress had no idea about basic drink prices and there is no drink menu.Barback said a domestic pint was $5 but we were charged differently in the end. I'm from out of town and can't say I wouldrecommend this place. Our waitess only came by a few times in the 1.5 hours it took to get 1 sharable appetizer and drinks for 2people. Not a very well managed establishment. Recommendation to managment... we came in on Oct. 6th around 5:15pm so maybethis was a shift change however several other groups of people that came in after us got served first. The seat yourself don'twork well if not reconized by staff. I would include a drink menu with draft prices and inform your staff about drafts on tapand their prices if you can't provide a menu. Our family size nachos came out very slow and was luke warm. A soft melting cheeselike Velveeta with Rotel is much easier to eat than sheared cheese that clumps chips together but i understand everyone hastheir own recipe. Read more

Ordered a Nacho Deluxe and let's just say they totally missed on the Deluxe part. They basically skimmed out on all the toppings... I was basically eating plain Nachos. Arrived around 5:30, and the restaurant was busy, but not BUSY. More than enough staff to handle the patron load, but service... was incredibly slow. We were seated before a large party, which would lead me to believe our food wouldn't be held up, but Iwas wrong. We only ordered a 10" cheese pizza & 2 Philly subs. The pizza took forever to arrive and both kids were able tofinish the pizza before the subs arrived. The waitress was awesome, checking in with us, and comping our bill because of theslow food arrival without even asking. I usually enjoy Village Inn Burritos but my daughter and I had ordered their chicken Burrito for the first time and I was very... disappointed. The chicken in the burrito tasted and appeared to be from a can. I expected better from this from Village Inn.The Restaurant was not very clean. The service was good. I will not be back anytime soon. Pizza here was good. Was a thinner crust and the sauce was good but not overly strong. The toppings were also good. We had a... pizza like a Supreme, pepperoni/ham and pepperoni/beef. They were all good. We also had breadsticks which left a lot to bedesired. One order was ok and the other order was well done and therefore tough. At the end of the day, I wouldn't be opposed togoing back to this restaurant. Read more
