the staff here likes to mess with guest. tonight I waited 30 minutes because two vehicles trapped me in line. The screen was on... the lights were on, and when I finally got out and drove around the window. I could see three employees just talking theydecided they were going to stop working when they are open until midnight and at least not even have the decency to say we?reclose and let everyone wait and waste their time in line. Food was okay. We ordered breakfast. For the money, well worth it. Service was good. Person at front counter was courteous.... Dining room kinda dirty. Fruit flies at our table :( Read more

Although it took a bit of time to get to order, due to how busy it was, once ordered our food was ready very quickly. The food... was tasty and satisfying. Please note I'm leaving a good rating but caveat it knowing much of my disappointments are relative tofactors not fully under their control. Prices: high inflation results in higher prices. Thus the value menu is not really avalue. Shortages: no lettuce on a burger! Really! Read more

This restaurant was not good. The tables were dirty when we arrived but were cleaned after we had to clean out own. The food was... awful. The chicken sandwich tasted like rubber and was missing all of the condiments and the chicken nuggets were not edible.The fries were cold. We were in a rush or else we would have requested it all be remade. Not worth what we paid when half of theorder was tossed out. Read more

I don't usually want to give reviews on Fast Food for some reason that I don't even want to disclose. Anyways, today 8/30/22... around 5-6pm, I ordered my kids some kid meal and the girl in the counter I believe her name is Autumn. I know she's in a hurrytaking my order she didn't even realized I said To-go and when she's done with my order and told her I want it to go, she justgave me that "tsk!" like I annoyed her that she had wrapped it up to a to-go, and she didn't even gave me cup for my drinks.Yup, Karen mode on here on this review. Friday, August 19th 10:37PM. Fresh, good looking and tasting food that was accurate to order. Crew members were very polite and... fast to answer requesting and question. Only bad thing was the manager was yelling at the crew members which is unacceptable asthey were performing there duties perfectly. The manager was yelling so bad at one of the employees that they made her cry?.thatis crazy!? i hope the store manager reviews the Night Shift lead and talks with them and reprimands them that isn?t acceptable. Didn't get our food until after many people behind us had ordered, got their food and went to sit down. There was 4 of us. When... we got our food we went to sit down. I only ordered a baked potato with butter, sour cream and chives. None of that was on mypotato. I went up and asked for them again. The girl that took my order said, " oh I'll get that in one moment." She was helpinganother customer. I was patient and waited. Then after she was done helping that customer, she goes over and starts cleaning thetrays and once again forgets about me. Read more

Food was decent but we got there at 4pm and the service was horrible. 3 workers left. We were the only people in line and all... seven people that were there when we arrived ignored us. Not one acknowledged us for at least 5 minutes. Then a girl finallytook an order, went and made it, and then came back and took the next order. No greeting, no nothing.
