I don't understand how hard it is to make my sandwich... ketchup pickle tomato mustard ONLY. This is third or fourth time in a... row that it had mayo, lettuce, no ketchup on it. For crying out loud, you only take one car for 5 minutes, it should be thathard to get it right. Smh Read more
I wouldn?t recommend coming if you want to be helped in a timely manner or be helped with any legible competency. The entire... interaction over the speaker box was completely illegible and upon getting to the open window, the employee closed the windowand took another order, which didn?t seem out of the ordinary until this employee then disappeared to the second window wheresomeone was already placed, all before even speaking to us. Moving up to the next window, we were informed that the drinks weordered were not available and then were approached with two bags that weren?t ours and then sat as the employees inside debatedwith the window open which order was ours. It?d have been understandable had the establishment were busy, but with no one insideand three cars in the drive-thru including our own, it was quite disappointing. Read more
Food is always good and fresh at lunch time. Standard BK. I prefer breakfast at BK....but mcD just brought back the steak... bagel....gonna hang out there for a bit. The service here is what u expect from any fast food place. I would say this storemanager is ok. I will be back. Read more

Third times the charm they say. This time is wasn't. My first visit was fine. Second time the service was a bit off putting, ie,... being looked at like I didn't belong there. Third times was the last. The service was terrible and the food was worse. I orderedthe new chicken sandwich. The bun was hard as a rock. The chicken was rubbery. I am done. Read more
