Worst Chipotle in America. Seriously. About 10 orders online through their app and not a single one was correct. They give no... f?s what they send out of the door. Is it any better inside the store? Nope. One employee at lunch on a Thursday making food. 40mins in line. And four different times the person tried to skimp on ingredients. Their online customer service is also theworst. If I?m ever eating out then 9 times out of 10 it?ll be at the Chipotle on airport highway, Holland, Ohio. The food is always... great and the staff is super friendly. I was served by Miranda, Raeann and Cree during my last visit and they were all just sogreat that I had to leave them a review. Love Chipotle, though they were out of guacamole. That's not the first time for that. Would also like to see the rice get... stirred more so that it's not in my bowl in clumps. I do feel that the overall quality has gone over the last few years as theprices have gone way up, but still really good food. Read more
I went to the Chipotle on Central, and the line was not long; However three of the workers were talking amongst themselves, and... not even taking orders. Customers appeared dumbfounded, and I asked if they are taking orders? No response just a hard stare. Idecided to leave and go to the Airport store. The crew at this store was so efficient, professional, and friendly. They had alonger line, and fewer workers and the flow and atmosphere was completely professional. First off walking in I had like 10 people in front of me. Which is not a big deal if we are moving but no one was helping the... first part of the assembly line. Finally some one showed up and we started moving. I ordered my burrito and got a side of cheesefor my burrito. Which is $1.35 I was told. Which I am ok with paying for it since I can put on as much or little as I need. Thengetting up to the register I said I needed a bag of chips as well. I told the lady that the cheese was a side on my burrito as Idon't need anything for the chips they are just fine with out anything. She rang it up as a chips and queso and when I saidthat's not what I ordered as it was more expensive to do it that way. She then said it's the same price. I know for a fact thatit is not and I wasn't going to argue with this old lady about a dollar and some change but for her to tell me I'm wrong was alittle bold for a fast food place. But to each their own. I will drive out of my way to not go back to this store ever again. Read more

Every time I go in I always am welcomed. I read some reviews about the service not being great, but I strongly disagree! While... there may be a line, the person serving you always seems attentive to whoever they are helping. I loved the food, the portionswere understandable and good with me, and the checkout was quick. Lobby was clean and I will be back again and I know I willenjoy it like I always have. Read more
