Only because I couldn't do 0 stars. We waited for at least 15 minutes before a waitress came to take our order then 35-40... minutes for our meals before deciding to go to Culver's across the street. There were only 2 or 3 tables total while we werethere. One was just finishing up. Ordering pancakes an omelet and a quesadilla should not have taken anywhere near that long. The wait staff would stand and chat on the floor while customers waited to be seated or food was in the window. 2 dinners weredelivered to customers while we waited and were carried by a waitress who held multiple plates pulled close to her body. A newwaitress accidentally sat a couple in the wrong section and rather than adjust, they asked them to go back to the entrance andwait to be seated again. They followed us out when we left. Another table was getting up to leave as they finally deliveredtheir meals. The only person to check on us while wewaited was the girl being trained. Overall a pretty horrible experience. Pregnant & decided to go in with my 2 yr old today for her birthday. Ryan was a nice greeter, complimented my daughter. However... I sat there for almost 20 mins, me and my daughter. Nobody took our order not even for a drink. A girl did try serving me food,I told her I actually haven't ordered yet. As I left, two waitresses at hostess stand told me to have a nice day. I understandhelp isn't the best right now but pretty unbelievable nobody noticed us sitting there for that long. Especially the 2 waitresseswho could clearly see we had an empty table with menus still. Lazy? Dense? Aloof? I don't know but it was a bummer. I knew Icouldn't entertain my toddler for much longer because who knows how long the food would have taken. Read more
Our crew of 8 hungry construction workers were just turned away from this establishment because she couldn't wait on 8 people at... one time. We are away from home working on Toledo roads and rely on restaurants like this when we are away from our families.Not only did IHOP lose out on business but she cost herself a good tip in the process. We will definitely be taking our businesselsewhere from here on out! Read more
Staff was nice but we saw our food wait several minutes in the window before being served. Our food was lukewarm when we were... finally served. The waitress we had did not seem fully trained nor know what she was doing. We saw many other staff membersjust standing around not assisting and or not seeming confident in what they were doing. Food was severed to wrong people at ourtable and others around the restaurant. Receipts were not marked right. Even with all these issues I do hand it to the Generalmanager. She was very helpful and was working hard to help fix / assist with the issues. It was because of her I'm leaving a 3star review. Read more
First time trying this chain after having a one and only bad experience years ago at a different location. Glad we gave in and... gave it another try. This location was quick, friendly and delicious. Although we felt the service was great, the staff wasstill apologizing for a slower service which we didn't even notice! Great place for a hearty breakfast! Read more
Went for breakfast would be 5 stars but the staff was friendly but they seemed to be putting all the guests in this one... waitresses area while the others had 1-2 small tables she was doing 5-6 bug tables of groups. Was good food but they forgot mykids food. Said they wouldn't charge us for it (which I would hope you wouldn't charge for something you don't get) then aswe're about to leave brings out his pancake. I grew up going here just isn't the same people don't treat customers like theyused to. Also very overpriced for the food almost $50 for two meals that weren't even big meals. Read more
Very bad experience. Waited over 40 minutes for our food. Our server forgot everything, the food was terrible, and we waited... forever. I don't understand with no one in the strore what took so long or why the food was so bad. Server forgot silverware,my salsa, my pancakes, syrup, and my wife's toast. My green peppers were so shriveled up I thought it was spinach. The chickenwas dry and overall just tasted awful. Then I get a bill for $47! That's a tough pill to swallow after such terrible serviceand terrible food. Read more
Rolled in from Canada at 6:30am from 7 hrs on the road.. place was quiet but clean.
