People working here need to keep their drama and loud, foul language to themselves. Food was hot and fast, but employees were... yelling profanities to one another across the restaurant. Trying to enjoy a peaceful lunch while f-bombs are being screamedthroughout the place. One employee was smoking in the parking lot, came into the restaurant to take an order, and handed thefood out of the window without washing her hands. Read more
Manager was sitting down eating at a table, wiped her hands on her pants, came up and took my order then later went outside and... came back in with an unlit cigarette she laid on the counter. Employees all eating in the back and on their cell phones whilepreparing food. Would not recommend this place. Read more
Instead of getting their chicken... Got a chicken pot pie. Really good. Way better that Boston markets potpie. Went through... drive thru on a Saturday night. Pretty fast compared to everywhere else. Read more
Manager said someone would be to the counter shortly cause they were short staffed, listened to her scream at the help for 5... minutes and i left. Only was asked if I wanted to order as I hit the door. I'm good. Read more
There were no other customers when I was there. The chicken was fresh and hot, very good I will be back. Service was excellent.... The only thing I could complain about is why are the lids and straws not next to the drink machine instead of at the other endof the counter. Read more
Worst service and food in the area. Ordered #9 tenders 3piece and got bone in 3 piece, figured their mistake no problem just... exchange, nope manager says no refund on the difference which was over 3$. They make a mistake you pay for it! I hope the ownerreads this as you lost weekly customer over 3$ which was their fault in first place. This location was shutdown before andshould be again. Im sure the owner dont care long as the green rolls in but in just in case, would have been manager working8:15pm July 19 2022. We just left from their and got a 12 piece meal and the sides wasn't filled up at all! They gave us 4 biscuits when we should... have got 6 and gave 11 pieces when it should have been 12 for the price they charge they should have got the order right and wewas the second car!!! And after my wife ate the sides she got so sick! She was the only one that ate those sides. It's best tocheck your only order before you leave believe me! Read more
While the staff was very up front that it would be at least 10 minutes for my 17 piece bucket of chicken.....while I waited I... heard 2 employees arguing over the bed status of the chicken they just cooked. They agreed that the coating was done wrong andfalling off the chicken. Since I heard them plainly and they were not being secretive about it or the fact that they would haveto throw away 10lbs of chicken, I did not think I would have an issue. Once I got home I discovered that they had infact gave mesaid chicken. All the coating and skin was already off of at least 1/3 of the chicken. Once we tried to pick it out of thebucket we were left with only about 5 or 6 pieces that had any skin or coating still attached. I will go back to this locationbecause it was clean and the staff was really friendly...... However it is disappointing when you pay almost $50.00 on food thatwas sub par at best. Read more
