Notoriously awful service. Management(Tamar and Kayla to be specific) is extremely unprofessional, rude, and impatient. What... kind of Management tells employees to blatanly lie to customers about upper management not being present while he sneaks out theback door? This place is a joke. I drove to this McDonalds after my horrible service at the Reynolds road location. I was pleasantly surprised. The drive through... was packed with cars, but it moved quickly and SHAMIR(beautiful girl) was so polite and friendly. Shamir apologized for the longline, and the wait. I told her that she should go over to Reynolds and teach them a thing or three about customer service.McDonalds I think you should reward the employees like Shamir, who go the extra mile, to keep customers coming back, withoutemployees like that your company will crumble. Went to drive thru at 8pm on 10/14/22. Was told to give her a minute and watched as the other drive thru lane had 6 cars have... their orders taken and pull up. I then pulled up to the window after waiting and not having my order taken only to get attitudelike it was my fault and wasn?t told sorry for the mistake or anything. Fries were cold, my favorite thing I like the most are the pineapple mango smoothie, I paid for them and then when I went to... pick up my order that is when I was told the machine was not working. To me this is more healthier because of the vitamin c thanall the others and I would not buy anything there if I know the machine is not working. Very disappointed. I ordered 2 quarter pounder with cheese, get 2nd one for a dollar. everything was as expected except the burger was about 1/8... inch thin, and twice the size of the bun. Not any juice in it. Looks like they stood on it while prepping the bun. tasted likeleather. bleh Read more
Vat oil is never filtered for their chicken and chicken is a dark brown and is super old. By far the worst customer service... wouldn't recommend coming here again unless youre use to a disappointment Read more
Ordered an iced tea at the Holland McDonalds. They needed to brew fresh so they pulled me forward. After 45 minutes I went in... and asked for my tea and the manager screamed at everyone on the crew that she told them 8 times to take it out, why didn'tthey. She then went and poured the tea(hadn't done so so thos 8 people could take it out). Got to the car, took a big swig ofthe Tea and it was iced coffee! I HATE COFFEE!I dumped it out the window!
