Recently won a gift card, 3 weeks ago at a fundraiser. Went to place an order tonight, only to discover the gift cards won't be... honored any longer. Much to my surprise, as I was at a veterans club and going to rder dinner for the veterans. I will nolonger do any business with them in the future. DISAPPOINTED in the management of the store. I order two pizzas and a cheese bread. The cheese bread and first pizza were both burnt. The second pizza had the toppings put... on after it was baked, so not only were they raw but also fell off the pizza. When I brought the order back and asked for arefund they called for the manager several times but she was too busy smoking outside. When I walked out to my car to leave, alady ( I'm assuming the manager because she wasn't wearing any kind of uniform) asked me if my pizza was wrong? I startedtelling her what was wrong and she stopped me to ask if they gave me a free coupon? I told her no they didn't and that's finebecause I don't think I'll ever come back. She responded by saying oh well. It will not let me respond to comments on thisthread. No they did not offer to remake anything, and yes I recieved a refund. Don't get me wrong. best pizza in town. On Friday July 1st 2022 I ordered online. When i order from home I always give a... delivery time for an hour later. Had guest over and bragged about how good this pizza is. Delivery was to be at 8:45 P.M.. Istart calling at 9:00 P.M.I called and called sometimes no answer and sometimes a pick up and hang up. Finally around 9:30 P.M.a driver shows up. My guests are gone . My wife has eaten cereal for dinner. The driver just played the blame game. I don't getit. I refused the order. Said I will get my money back. We will see. The driver said she was the owner. When I told her I wasnot mad at her she stepped back and said with an attitude " I HOPE NOT ". Never bothered to offer any compensation. No apology . I know my guests will not order and not because i said anything. They left hungry. I then made myself a bowl of cereal andwent to bed. I ordered a pizza and some wings. The pizza was good. the center was a little doughy, overall good. The wings however were a... different story. The size and the test were great, my problem was with the packaging. First, they came in a small pizza box,which is not a sealed container. Secondly, they put the wings on some little thin price of aluminum file. That somehow hadgotten torn. I had ordered my wings with garlic and parmesan cheese. With these tairs in the foil, the small pizza box wassoaked with garlic butter inside and out. This caused my pizza box with my pizza in it to also become soaked with garlic sauce.I'm sure glad I did not set that box on my car seat what a mess that would have been. Read more

Their xl stuffed crust is a fair price and good. Their sauce is a bit acidic but everything else is really good.
